The recently launched electric avatar of the Tara Harrier has scored a five-star safety rating at the Bharat New Car Assessment Program (Bharat NCAP) in both adult occupant protection (AOP) and child occupant protection (COP) garnered 32.00 points out of 32.00 in the AOP category and 45.00 points out of 49.00 in the COP category. The Tata scored a perfect 16/16 in both frontal and side impact terms of safety, the SUV comes equipped with Level 2 ADAS, offering 20+ features like Adaptive Cruise Control, Lane Keep Assist, and Autonomous Emergency Braking for pedestrians, cyclists, and vehicles. The Ultra Glide Suspension with Frequency Dependent Damping (FDD), along with capable off-road angles (approach: 25.3, departure: 26.4, breakover: 16.6), further elevates its adventure-ready options include 65kWh and 75kWh liquid-cooled packs, with the larger unit certified to offer a range of up to 627 km (ARAI MIDC). In real-world driving, one can expect between 480–505 km, making the SUV suitable for long-distance travel. Charging is swift—250 km of range in just 15 minutes, while a 120kW DC fast charger can top up from 20% to 80% in 25 minutes. Home charging is supported via 7.2kW and 3.3kW AC chargers, and the SUV also enables Vehicle-to-Load (V2L) up to 3.3kW and Vehicle-to-Vehicle (V2V) charging up to the Zenith Suite cabin offers a plush, lounge-like experience with powered and ventilated front seats, a 6-way memory driver seat, and a 4-way power-adjustable front passenger seat. The Power Boss Mode allows the front passenger seat to recline flat, maximizing rear legroom.
