Tata Harrier.ev achieves 5-star safety rating at Bharat NCAP
The recently launched electric avatar of the Tara Harrier has scored a five-star safety rating at the Bharat New Car Assessment Program (Bharat NCAP) in both adult occupant protection (AOP) and child occupant protection (COP) garnered 32.00 points out of 32.00 in the AOP category and 45.00 points out of 49.00 in the COP category. The Tata scored a perfect 16/16 in both frontal and side impact terms of safety, the SUV comes equipped with Level 2 ADAS, offering 20+ features like Adaptive Cruise Control, Lane Keep Assist, and Autonomous Emergency Braking for pedestrians, cyclists, and vehicles. The also includes seven airbags (including a knee airbag), ESP with i-VBAC, AVAS, tyre pressure monitoring, rain-sensing wipers, auto headlamps, and SOS calling.
