Is Target coming to Frankfort, Ky.? Where Target is opening new stores near me across US
Target plans to open 48 stores across 22 states, including a location in Kentucky announced last year.
Target's corporate website doesn't list opening dates for the new stores, but does reveal the approximate size of each new location.

The new store will be located at the northeast quadrant of Interstate Highway 64 and Route 127, according to The size will be approximately 128,000 square feet.
Target has not yet revealed the opening date for the Frankfort store.
A Target spokesperson stated via email that the store's opening date would be revealed closer to when the location is ready for customers.
"We're excited to bring an easy, affordable and convenient shopping experience to new guests in the Frankfort community with this new Target store," the Target spokesperson said. "As we get closer to opening the store, we'll have more specific details to share − including how the shopping experience will be tailored to serve local guests and the grand opening date."
