Tata Motors has introduced the 2025 Tata Altroz facelift at a starting price of Rs 6.89 lakh (ex-showroom). The price goes as high as Rs 11.29 lakh (ex-showroom). Having said that, this is the first time that the premium hatchback gets a fresh update since 2020. 2025 Tata Altroz Facelift Launch Price In India The Tata Altroz Facelift falls in the price range of Rs 6.89 lakh – Rs 11.29 lakh (all prices, ex-showroom). Bookings start from 2 June 2025. The new Altroz is ready to take on rivals like the Maruti Suzuki Baleno, Toyota Glanza, and Hyundai i20 with its modern design, upgraded technology, and improved safety features. Design The facelifted Altroz sports a bold new front look featuring a unique 8-lamp LED setup inspired by Tata's 2018 45X concept. It's paired with a sleek 3D front grille, giving the car a sharp and modern face. The split LED headlamps come with stylish daytime running lights (DRLs), while flush door handles on the front doors add to the premium feel and help the car's aerodynamic shape. Doors now open fully at 90 degrees for easy entry and exit. At the back, Infinity-connected LED tail lamps and a redesigned bumper give the Altroz a fresh, upmarket appearance. The 2025 Tata Altroz facelift will officially go on sale in the country tomorrow. The indigenous carmaker revealed the mid-cycle refresh of the premium hatchback a few days back. The interior and exterior updates of the Altroz facelift are already revealed. Tomorrow, we will finally get to know how much it costs with the updates in place. And, once launched, it will continue to lock horns with its existing set of rivals - Maruti Suzuki Baleno, Hyundai i20, Toyota Glanza and the likes. Interestingly, we do know a fair bit about the 2025 Tata Altroz Facelift, and here's all of it. 2025 Tata Altroz Facelift - Design The Altroz now gets redesigned headlamps. While the overall silhouette of the car remains the same, Tata Motors has tweaked a few parts to make it look fresh. Thus, we have a new set of headlamps. These are all-LED units with eyebrow-style LED DRLs. Also, the bumpers on both ends are now refreshed units. First seen on the Curvv, the flush-type door handles have also made their way to the Altroz facelift now. Another change is a new 3d-style radiator grille on the facelifted model. It looks a little more complicated than one seen on the outgoing model. Nonetheless, adds a sense of fresh air to the face. Around the rear, the bulky tail lamps are now replaced with rather slender-looking units. Also, the tail lamps are now connected to each other. 2025 Tata Altroz Facelift - Interior & Features Tata Altroz facelift gets a revised dashboard on the inside. It looks more mature than the unit seen on the outgoing model. Moreover, it now houses a freestanding 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment unit, along with a 10.25-inch instrument cluster. It further gets a 360-degree parking camera, new seats, a single-pane sunroof, and revised ambient lighting. 2025 Tata Altroz Facelift - Specs There could be 3 engine choices, like the outgoing model. To start off, there will be the 1.2-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine delivers 88 HP of power and 115 Nm of torque, available with a 5-speed manual or 6-speed DCT. Next up, this very motor could do with the dual-cylinder CNG tech, maxing out at 73.5 HP and 103 Nm. The transmission option here could be restricted to a 5-speed stick shift unit. Interestingly, the 2025 Altroz facelift could retain the 1.5L oil burner, churning out 90 HP and 200 Nm. It could also be offered with just a 5-speed manual gearbox.

The home-grown car maker- Tata is gearing up for the launch of the Altroz Facelift in India. The hatchback has already been revealed and is slotted for the official launch on 22nd May 2025. Tata Altroz Facelift music system and infotainment screen The Tata Altroz is credited as the only hatchback that gets a diesel engine as an option in the country and is the only premium hatchback with dual-cylinder CNG technology. With the Tata Altroz Facelift, the brand will retain the i-CNG technology. Tata has previously given us a glimpse of the interior of the Altroz Facelift, and also the leaked shots of the interior suggest a few more details about the hatchback's interior and i-CNG dual cylinder integration. The leaked advertising document suggests that the soon-to-be-launched Tata Altroz Facelift gets interior features and elements like- an 8-speaker Harman audio system, 6 airbags and ESP as standard, 5 Star crash-rated Alfa-arc body shell, and more. Also, the Altroz Facelift retains and also enhances the premium appeal. The -CNG dual-cylinder setup has saved a lot of space and the users can enjoy ample boot space, also the all-new rear seats with extended under-tight supports are likely to elevate the comfort experience further. Tata Altroz Facelift dual-cylinder setup With the facelifted iteration, the Tata Altroz now looks more sharper with sleeker LED setup and refreshed design. The Tata Altroz Facelift is likely to retain the 1.2-l NA petrol, 1.2-l turbo petrol engine and a 1.5-l turbo diesel engine options, from its previous iteration. However, the full spec will be revealed post launch, which is slated for 22nd March 2025.
