Both programmes are designed for working professionals and are offered in an executive education format. Both the Executive Program in Product Management and the Senior Management Program are delivered through a combination of live online sessions and campus modules. This hybrid model is intended to provide flexibility to working professionals while maintaining in-person engagement. IIM Udaipur has partnered with TeamLease EdTech to support the delivery of the programmes and to provide technical and learner support throughout the duration of the courses. The newly introduced Executive Program in Product Management is structured as a 9-month course aimed at covering all stages of the product lifecycle. The curriculum includes customer discovery, design thinking, strategic alignment, execution, and growth. Participants will be introduced to commonly used frameworks such as Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), Minimum Viable Product (MVP) testing, and Jobs To Be Done (JTBD). The programme concludes with a capstone project that simulates a full product launch, providing participants with practical application of the course content. IIM Udaipur has also opened applications for a new batch of its Senior Management Program, a year-long course targeting professionals preparing for senior leadership roles. The programme includes modules in leadership, finance, marketing, supply chain, artificial intelligence for business, and strategic decision-making. A capstone business simulation is included to provide practical exposure to boardroom-level strategy and operations.
