TPAC announces Broadway shows coming to Nashville in 2025–26
"Hamilton" is one of several Broadway musicals coming to Nashville during the Tennessee Performing Arts Center's 2025–26 season.
Why it matters: TPAC's annual series brings touring productions of Broadway's best shows to us. It's a lot more convenient than flying to New York.
Between the lines: Lin-Manuel Miranda's epic "Hamilton," which will run from June 17–28, 2026, has already visited TPAC twice in the last few years. It drove record-setting ticket demand both times.
The revolutionary musical about the life of founding father Alexander Hamilton blends hip-hop, jazz, R&B and Broadway.
State of plays: Other shows coming to TPAC during its next season include "The Wiz," the classic musical retelling of "The Wizard of Oz" that predates "Wicked," and "Suffs," which traces multiple generations of the women's suffrage movement in the U.S.
Several musical adaptations of classic movies are on the schedule, including "Beauty and the Beast," "The Outsiders" and "Back to the Future."
