WICHITA FALLS (KFDX/KJTL) — The City of Wichita Falls Recreation announced Tuesday that their Tuesday night Free Outdoor Concert has been postponed. The band Texas Flood was set to perform at Bud Daniel Park on June 3 at 7 p.m., but has now been rescheduled for October 14. The postponement comes after severe weather is expected to hit areas of Texoma, including Wichita Falls. WICHITA FALLS (KFDX/KJTL) — Sunshine and pleasant weather are just a few months away, and Downtown Wichita Falls Development is gearing up to host the 17th annual Cajun Fest. This event will be held on Saturday, April 26, from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. at Bud Daniel Park on 9th and Ohio Street. This family-friendly event will feature live music and bold flavors. You can also enter a crawfish-eating contest and a mullet competition! Multiple vendors will have your favorite Cajun cuisine ready to have your taste buds explode.
