Wichita Falls delays free concert due to severe weather

WICHITA FALLS (KFDX/KJTL) — Wichita Falls officials rescheduled the first concert of the Free Outdoor Concert Series on Monday due to the potential for severe weather.
Texas Flood, a Stevie Ray Vaughan tribute band, was set to open the series on Tuesday, April 29, at Bed Daniel Park.
However, officials rescheduled the event for May 6 due to severe weather chances.

Attendees are encouraged to bring lawn chairs or blankets for the evening of free entertainment.
Other artists in the series include James Cook Band, Downtown Royalty, and more.
