Thailand Hosts Landmark Electronics Conference at THECA 2025
Thailand is strengthening its position as a premier electronics hub in Southeast Asia with the debut of Thailand Electronics Circuit Asia (THECA) 2025, taking place from 20–22 August 2025 at BITEC, Bangkok.
Backed by the Thailand Board of Investment (BOI), Thailand Printed Circuit Association (THPCA), and Hong Kong Printed Circuit Association (HKPCA), THECA 2025 will welcome over 500 international companies and more than 7,000 buyers, engineers, researchers, and business leaders for three days of exhibition, knowledge sharing, and high-impact networking.
As global manufacturers seek production bases beyond China, Thailand's robust infrastructure, skilled labour force, and strategic location offer an attractive alternative for industries such as PCBs, semiconductors, smart automation, and advanced packaging.
At the heart of THECA 2025 is a forward-looking conference programme, covering key areas in microelectronics innovation, workforce development, and investment strategy. Highlights include:
Quantum-Ready Thailand, presented by the Quantum Technology Foundation (QTF), outlining Thailand's quantum roadmap.
Expert panels on AI servers, automation, high-performance computing, and future chiplet integration.
A dedicated Advanced Packaging and Semiconductor Forum focusing on OSAT, heterogeneous packaging, and SiP technologies.
Specialised conference tracks in SILK I–IV rooms will explore advanced PCB materials, smart manufacturing, and global R&D collaboration.
THECA 2025 is targeted at PCB and semiconductor manufacturers, electronics service providers, academic institutions, and government agencies. It aims to accelerate Thailand's electronics ecosystem through strategic partnerships, knowledge transfer, and investment facilitation.
