Balenciaga recently unveiled its Winter 25 Campaign photographed by famed fashion photographer Juergen Teller
Reimagining his series 'The Clients', fashion photographer Juergen Teller unveils the Balenciaga Winter 25 Campaign as a cross-sectional representation of the house's couture clientele through a series of photos and videos. Captured within suites, stairwells, and salons of a hotel in Biarritz, France, the campaign brings together brand ambassadors, acclaimed actors such as Nicole Kidman and Isabelle Huppert, supermodel Claudia Schiffer, as well as rising actor Patrick Schwarzenegger. All of the talents were dressed in looks from the Winter 25 Collection, which included pieces from the Balenciaga | PUMA collaboration, that acted as a complement and a contrast to the hotel's ornate interiors while creating a deliberate tension emphasised through Juergen's distinctive, unfiltered visual language. Pieces that were highlighted from the collection included a range of new handbag styles such as the waxed-suede variants of the Rodeo Handbag and Le City Bag, the Carrie Carry-All Bag in sesame, the Le City Bag in aviator shearling, and a pink croc-embossed variant of the Rodeo Handbag. In a modern-day reimagining ofJuergen Teller's iconic 1999 'The Clients' series of portraits, Teller taps back in with the fashion house to capture a contemporary lineup of the brand's A-list brand ambassadors – includingNicole KidmanandPatrick Schwarzenegger– as its high-end clientele. Alongside Kidman and Schwarzenegger, fellow actorsIsabelle Huppertand Arthur Chen, as well as modelsClaudia Schiffer,Liu Wen, Adut, and Roxanne join in on the business as well in 'The Clients,' with each of the stars photographed solo at spots throughout the Biarritz hotel donning standout pieces from Balenciaga's Winter 2025 collection. Captured by Teller and his wife and creative partner, Dovile, the portraits capture the celebrities in their raw element, still showcasing them in a stark and stoic light of their own. Kidman is seen reclining in her hotel bed in a glimmering black gown with her bag on the bench, while Schwarzenegger, in a clean black and white suit, holds a Balenciaga helmet in his right hand.
