The wealthy businessman has submitted a planning application to Donegal County Council for the construction of the specification, two bedroom apartments for social housing on the site of the former Ludden House in Buncrana. 'The housing situation in Donegal is beyond urgent,' said Mr. Casey. The project will involve the demolition of the long derelict Ludden House, making way for a landscaped, modern apartment complex. All units will be built using high quality timber frame systems and will meet A1 energy efficiency standards, ensuring long term affordability and sustainability for residents.
