Concord-Carlisle defeated Lincoln-Sudbury, 10-8, on Wednesday and vaults to No. 5 as a result. Lincoln-Sudbury stays above Hingham after prevailing, 12-11, in the head-to-head battle Saturday afternoon. Nine through 15 remains the same, as every team either took care of business or lost to a higher-ranked opponent. Foxborough fell to Bishop Feehan, and North Andover lost to Chelmsford. Westford makes its Poll debut after defeating Concord-Carlisle.
