Coco Jones Wears Manish Malhorta for Met Gala 2025 Red Carpet
Coco Jones brought regal energy to the 2025 Met Gala red carpet on Monday in New York City. The singer joined high-profile guests such as Colman Domingo, Pharrell Williams, Sydney Sweeney and more for the annual event ahead of the Metropolitan Museum of Art's spring exhibition. For the occasion, Jones opted for a look courtesy of Indian brand Manish Malhotra. The cream and white look featured ornate embroidery throughout the dramatic long-sleeve coat with sharp lapels and coordinated trousers. The coat cinched at Jones' waist for added definition and featured a long train that trailed behind the singer. The ensemble also included a detail that's been rather popular amid recent fashion weeks. Jones opted to go shirtless beneath her stunning coat, a look previously styled by Venus Williams during Milan Fashion Week in February and Camila Cabello during Paris Fashion Week in March. When it came to her accessories, Jones went with a dazzling statement necklace with shimmering diamonds and blue sapphires. With the necklace as the centerpiece of her accessories, Jones complemented it with stud earrings. She completed her ensemble with heels by Jimmy Choo. Jones' Met Gala look was curated by stylist Maeve Reilly. The 2025 Met Gala marks Jones' first at the annual event. More recently, the singer attended the 2025 Oscars wearing a custom look courtesy of Coach. Kim Kardashian Has Awkward Moment with a Security Guard Who Accidentally Steps on Her 2025 Met Gala Outfit
A video shared to TikTok shows Kardashian reacting to a security guard who accidentally tripped over the train of her dress as she was leaving The Mark Hotel The Met Gala drama started for Kim Kardashian before she even hit the carpet. In a video shared on TikTok by a bystander waiting outside of The Mark Hotel, the reality television star, 44, could be seen having an awkward moment with a security guard who accidentally tripped over the train of her dress. The clip shows the SKIMS founder looking back at the guard while holding out her hand to support him as he took a slight tumble. Although Kardashian's wide-brim hat covered a portion of her face, she seemed to keep a stoic expression as she brushed off the blip with a flip of her hair. Kardashian was accompanied by her daughter North West, 11, who didn't actually make it inside the Met, but changed into a cool cow-print outfit for her departure from The Mark. The tween also showed off her look on TikTok, posting plenty of behind-the-scenes content of her and her mom. Rapper Doechii flips out on her team as she attempts to hide her Met Gala look: ‘I need more f***ing umbrellas'
Anxiety, keeps on trying her. Doechii had a diva moment ahead of her Met Gala debut on Monday, snapping at her team when they failed to properly conceal her ensemble. According to a video posted on TikTok Monday, the Anxiety rapper, 26, rushed to hide her look while inside The Mark Hotel, where many of the stars get ready before fashion's biggest night. However, when photographers in the lobby started flashing their cameras to take pics, she frustratingly and quickly turned around to have her security guards and members of her staff try and cover her. The team then came up with the idea to hide her inside of a white wardrobe screen and wheel her out. While inside of the contraption, Doechii — whose real name is Jaylah Ji'mya Hickmon — could be heard shouting, 'Give me another umbrella — now! … I need more f***ing umbrellas.' The Alter Ego rapper then told a member of her staff, 'Move these umbrellas. I don't want these people f***ing seeing me.' As they began to roll her out of the lobby, bodyguards shouted at bystanders clear a path. Doechii was then overheard sternly telling staffers in a video People posted, 'Hold the umbrellas there.' Once outside of The Mark Hotel, the madness continued, as the Denial is a River rapper tried to make her way into her sprinter van without fans or paparazzi outside getting a sneak peek. They all then repeatedly reassure her that she is blocked. Page Six has reached out to Doechii's reps for comment but did not immediately hear back. It's unclear why the What It Is rapper was so concerned with trying to hide her outfit since many other big stars, including Kim Kardashian, Kendall Jenner and Nicki Minaj, all openly departed the hotel. Doechii eventually hit the Met Gala red carpet, though, to showcase her coat and matching trouser shorts designed by Pharrell and Louis Vuitton for the 'Superfine: Tailoring Black Style' theme. 'I'm a little nervous,' the Grammy winner then confessed in an interview with Ego Nwodim and Teyana Taylo for Vogue. 'But it feels really good. This is one of the biggest nights in fashion and for it to be so black, I'm present, I'm here.'

Met Gala attendees make wild demands at The Mark Hotel including hourly KFC deliveries to lavish $100k suites
The Mark Hotel has become the go-to for celebrities attending the Met Gala who splash out big bucks on luxury suites and fly in glam squads to prep them for the first Monday in May. The Upper East Side hotel is a celebrity hot spot, as stars like Kendall Jenner, Bad Bunny, Doechii, and Charli XCX make sure to pose for pictures while leaving the premises and heading to the star-studded gala. However, it's not just about staying at the luxurious hotel itself, it's also about how the staff goes above and beyond to deliver for their all-star guests. Some celebrities have excessive riders, where they request everything from volcanic water to fried chicken from KFC delivered hourly. The Mark revealed some of the intel to Conde Nast Traveler, explaining how they go all out to guarantee their A-listers are ready for the gala. The Mark Hotel staff has provided volcanic water from Hawaii, which is said to offer better hydration, a smoother taste, and potential skin benefits. Most surprisingly, the team at the hotel has replenished KFC every hour on the hour regardless of whether it was eaten or not. They were also sent on a wild goose chase cross country when they had a brand who only wanted one specific type of tea in their suites. Only one café in San Francisco had the brand of tea, so they had to overnight it to make the brand's dream come true. Some people were shocked by the demands, with one person saying, 'Watching this in our current political climate feels criminal,' and another agreeing, 'I fully think celebs who have obscene unethical riders should be outed. The audacity to waste so much food, just because you can, is shameful.' While the requests might seem over-the-top, these stars are paying thousands for the privileges of snoozing in the swanky hotel's famous suites. While the least expensive room at the five star boutique hotel in May goes for a cool $1,400 a night, celebrities opt for much roomier suites, so they can host their helpers and glam squads. The Mark Penthouse is the most exclusive option and costs a mindboggling $100,000 a night. It's the largest hotel penthouse suite in the United States, coming in at more than 10,000 square feet, including a 2,500 square foot rooftop terrace overlooking Central Park, and conveniently, the Metropolitan Museum of Art. The lavish penthouse takes up two whole floors and boasts five bedrooms, four fireplaces, six bathrooms, two powder rooms perfect for getting ready for the big night, and two wet bars. Of course, when one stays at The Mark, they're opting for the whole experience, not just the opulent guest room. Visitors can enjoy in-room dining by celebrity chef Jean-Georges, wellness experiences like IV drips to perk them up pre-gala, and visits to the Frédéric Fekkai hair salon to prep. If for some reason an aspect of their ensemble is missing, The Mark has a relationship with Bergdorf Goodman, which will happily open its doors for guests providing, who gain access to personal shoppers. The luxurious add-ons haven't gone unnoticed, and have helped make the hotel the go-to for celebrities in town from London or Los Angeles for the big event. In fact, there's even a livestream that showcases the stars leaving their lodgings and heading to the museum. Many stars have taken to covering up their outfits with oversized coats to make sure they don't give anything away before they hit the red carpet.
