That's why in his latest interview, the receiver the team calls "Smitty" had a hilarious take on his role regarding the famous variation of the quarterback sneak. 'They really got an advantage because I ain't doing nothing but sitting there and watching anyway," Smith said on The Offseason podcast. "They be sitting over there talking about yeah, we need you to cut off the edge, alright. I'm finna sit here and watch y'all do this.' The NFL failed to ban the Tush Push for 2025 after a relentless campaign from both the league and the Eagles on either side of the aisle. With the Tush Push returning for another season, Smith and the Eagles offense are expected to keep their identity the same in 2025. And it might just help them reach another Super Bowl. Smith also became the fifth player and the first wide receiver in history to win the Heisman Trophy, a college football national title, and a Super Bowl championship. Alabama produced four Heisman Trophy-winners during Nick Saban's head coaching career, but Smith is the first Crimson Tide alum to complete this historic trifecta.
