Norfolk hotel to open new pub and restaurant
A hotel in west Norfolk is launching a new restaurant and pub this summer.
The Farmhouse in Fincham, near Downham Market, is preparing to open The Hayloft restaurant and The Piggery pub on June 1.
The pub will be positioned on the lower floor of the hotel and the fully renovated bar space on the upper floor will be home to the restaurant.

A new team of local chefs, guided by executive chef Calvin Holland, will be serving dishes full of products from Norfolk.
Director, David Toulson-Burke, said: "We want the feel to resemble that of a farmhouse.
'We want it to be cosy and intimate where people can come to celebrate, sit and relax.

"We will be informal but offer good quality food, done well.
'It will serve beautifully designed traditional dishes that people recognise and want to eat."
The space can accommodate up to 70 guests and the team hopes "to attract people from all over the country to taste and celebrate Norfolk".

Pan-fried sea bass and Norfolk belly pork are just some of the main courses on offer.
The Piggery Pub will sit below the restaurant and, similarly to The Hayloft, will boast Norfolk goods.
In partnership with the award-winning brewery Woodforde's, guests can enjoy the renowned Wherry alongside other ales and ciders.
Small bites will be available from crispy hot pork scratchings to sandwiches and afternoon teas.
Throughout June, The Farmhouse will be offering a 20pc discount on its food menu.
