With the most innocent expression, Bo-gum said: 'We exchanged numbers, and I sent him a message… but he never replied.' Lee was caught off guard. He scrambled to explain himself, but the audience was already playfully booing him. The video has since gone viral on Naver and X. In the show, Lee's character Young Beom, plays the love interest of IU's character, Yang Geum Myung, when she enrols in Seoul National University. After years of being in an on-again, off-again relationship, the couple doesn't get their happy ending. Young Beom marries a girl chosen by Geum-myung's mother, and a time jump follows, revealing Geum-myung finding happiness with Kim Seon Ho's character. Despite his supporting role, fans loved Lee Jun Young's performance and even rooted for their love story. In a recent interview with Harper's BAZAAR Korea, An revealed, she 'worked at a rice cake factory, a cookie factory, an electronics factory, a research facility under a major company, in card terminal manufacturing, door lock production, and assembling PVC/electronic outlets,' until recently she was 'part of a CCTV quality control team.' According to her, post Tangerines, her agency situation was in flux, and there was no clear direction. So what did she do?
