However, forensic experts reveal that Humaira's body was found in the advanced stage of decomposition. Karachi Police Surgeon Dr. Summaiya Syed, who did the post-mortem examination, confirmed that Humaira's body was found in a decomposed state, and there was no sign of maggots on her body. However, all her organs were found in the last stage of decomposition. Once Humaira's body was sent for postmortem, the body was later handed over to Humaira's family.
