Central Park will invest Rs 550 crore in Sohna near Gurugram. They will develop a serviced apartment project. The project named Selene is within Central Park Flower Valley township. It will have 353 units. The company expects to complete it by 2030. 85% of the inventory is already sold.

Realty developer Central Park will invest Rs 550 crore in developing a serviced apartment project in Sohna, near Gurgaon. The project is developed in 3.818 acre area within company's township Central Park Flower Valley It will develop 353 units and expected to complete the project by 2030.
