NWA has a range of festivals this weekend. Here's the rundown. 🎭 Arkansas New Play Festival — This event spanning two weekends kicks off tonight. See new plays and hear from the playwrights at various venues including The Medium in Springdale, TheatreSquared in Fayetteville and Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art in Bentonville. Get an all access pass for $50 or single-event tickets for $15. 🪕 FreshGrass — It's not too late to get tickets to this roots and folk music festival happening tonight and tomorrow at The Momentary in Bentonville. Get single-day tickets for $84-$135 or a two-day pass for $184 or $137 for museum members. 🍓 Fayetteville Strawberry Festival — The kid-friendly festival kicks off 6pm Saturday on the downtown square with a honky tonk street dance. The festival continues noon to 6pm Sunday with live music, food expos, markets and special guest Muriel Fahrion, creator of the children's series "Strawberry Shortcake."

Getting out isn't just for the weekends. 🎭 See a show — "In the Grove of Forgetting," a play about a Jewish concert pianist in Hungary in the late 1930s, is on stage at TheatreSquared in Fayetteville starting Wednesday and runs through May 4. Get tickets. ⚾️ Go to a game — The Arkansas Razorbacks baseball team plays against the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff at 6pm Tuesday at Baum-Walker Stadium in Fayetteville and then a three-game series against Texas A&M starting Thursday in Fayetteville.
