adidas Presents a Bruce Lee-Themed Take on the Jabbar Lo

The film, while incomplete prior to Lee's death, went on to be finished posthumously and notably features ascenein which the two athletic greats fight. At the time of writing, adidas has not yet discussed when this Bruce Lee x adidas Jabbar Lo 'Game of Death' colorway will be dropping. And soon, it will be joined by another iconic model in the Three Stripes's catalog. Only the Gazelle Indoor 'Made In Italy,' coming March 13, isn't just a luxe take on a classic Adidas sneaker. It could very well wear the crown as the snazziest shoe in Adidas entire 75-year oeuvre. Like last year's Samba, the new Gazelle adopts a premium calfskin leather upper, crafted in Italy. However, a suede toecap gives it an added layer of sophistication that doubles as a nod to the Gazelle of old, which comes in suede by default. What's more, matching stripes and debossed branding bring a sleek, monochromatic look that comfortably places the Gazelle Indoor 'Made In Italy' into formal, dress-up territory. While the dual-leather upper and tonal details would be enough to separate the new Gazelle, the shoe really distinguishes itself with its sole. There, a chunky platform replaces the model's more traditional gum or rubber soles, while faux Blake stitching and waxed laces complete its dressy makeover with convincing effect. The Gazelle Indoor 'Made In Italy' will be available starting March 13 via Adidas's Confirmed app and select retailers. adidas' Superstar sneaker gets another update- and it's beaded
While last year was the year for Samba and Gazelle remixes, another adidas design garnered plenty of attention. Between sophisticated and textured reiterations, the Superstar sneaker saw much love from collaborators and fans alike. Despite the numerous remixes of the Superstar sneaker, the Three Stripes brand is only getting started with its famed silhouette. In their latest release, adidas is showing even more love to the renowned design with a remix that adds plenty of texture to the sneaker. Hitting the mark between a modern upgrade and classic style, the new adidas Superstar shows how the brand is constantly innovating its timeless designs for a new era. Using texture and shine, the latest Superstar sneaker set to be released is a fun addition to the Superstar lineup. While other iterations of the silhouette have seen crocodile and patent leather, the new sneaker adds a beaded material to the classic design. Keeping the same silhouette and shape, the shoe's sides have a classic base full of intricate beaded details. Delicately portraying the brand's Three Stripes design, the Superstar sneaker successfully adds shine to the timeless sneaker. Available in a classic black and white colorway, the sneaker also includes the traditional leather construction throughout the middle of the silhouette. The newest Superstar sneaker will be ready for $250 on February 6th via the brand's website and stores. While this release doesn't push the Superstar silhouette out of the box, it's a welcome sign for faithful fans of the design.
