This week, we want to introduce you to Shelman Miller, a band teacher at Columbia High School. Those who nominated him say Mr. Miller dedicates so much of his time to his students/musicians whether it be mentoring, teaching, one-on-one lessons, sectionals and career and school counseling. They say he seeks as many opportunities for his Title 2 school program as possible and that Mr. Miller made sure everyone had as many opportunities as possible.
