Grass fire sparks in Guelph during Monday storm

Crews were called to put out a grass fire in Guelph on Monday night.
It was reported around 9:20 p.m.
According to Deputy Fire Chief Steven Goode, three stations responded to a grassy area just off of Water Street. A water tanker and off-road vehicle were also on scene.
No injuries or property damage was reported.
The fire happened as a thunderstorm moved across the region but Goode said no cause has been determined.
