Read next: YPD: man fatally stabbed Friday during fight over property The first victim said that while he was in his buggy on Speer Road in Lackawannock Township on March 27, a small black car approached him, according to a criminal complaint in the case. He said a man pointed a gun at him and demanded the victim hand over his wallet. The victim gave up his wallet, and the man got back into the vehicle and left. While on the scene, a second victim reported that a similar incident happened on Leesburg Station Road, but when he was not able to get his horse to stop, the vehicle sped off. Police later identified the suspect as Todd Baker, 33. A replica black airsoft gun was found in Baker's car, according to the criminal complaint. In an interview with police, a man who said he was the driver during the robbery identified Baker as the suspect who pointed the gun at the driver of the buggy. He said Baker was a passenger in his vehicle at the time. The witness said there was about $90 in the wallet, and they used it to buy drugs. Charges have not been filed against the man identified in the complaint as the driver. Baker was arraigned on felony counts of robbery and attempted robbery and failed to post $100,000 bond.
