Aditi Rao Hydari Fixing Her ‘Toi Et Moi' Engagement Ring Is Most Girl Thing Ever
Last Updated: Aditi Rao Hydari can be seen flaunting her engagement ring in a throwback video from one of the events she attended. Aditi Rao Hydari, who is loved for her incredible acting skills and sartorial fashion, is married to the ace actor Siddharth. The duo announced their engagement in March 2024 and exchanged vows in September at the historic Sri Ranganayaka Swamy Temple in Srirangapuram, Telangana. But it was Aditi's exquisite engagement ring that captivated many fashion mongers. Now, in a throwback video from an event in October of the same year, wherein the actress can be seen flaunting her statement ring, styled with a couple of statement jewellery. In a video on Instagram, Aditi Rao Hydari can be seen seated in the audience at the Bollywood Hungama OTT Awards 2024. At the same event, the actress received the Best Actor [Female]: Original Series award for her stunning performance in the role of Bibbojaan in the Netflix series Heeramandi, directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali. For the night, Aditi picked a black-hued dress that featured a plunging neckline and thin straps. Glam makeup with smokey eyes, glossy lipstick and subtly blushed cheeks finished off her look. The diva, known for her remarkable choices in matters of fashion, styled her look with exquisite jewellery. Amongst them, her engagement ring indeed stood out. She wore a pearl choker teamed with a matching pair of stud earrings. She further sported a bubble braid hairstyle adorned with pearl-adorned rubber bands, which sealed the deal for the event. In the video, Aditi was seen adjusting her double-stack diamond rings. Yet it was her 'Toi Et Moi' ring, a 'token of love and commitment' that shined bright. Talking about the Murder 3 star's magnificent piece of jewellery from her engagement, the Toi et Moi ring symbolises pure love. Jewellery designer Archana Aggarwal revealed that the ring's name translates to 'You and Me' in French. Additionally, the design signifies the union of two individuals and the unique bond they've created, reported HT. The two stones used in this type of ring represent the coming together of two separate souls as one. Originally, the Toi et Moi ring featured a pear-shaped diamond teamed with a sapphire, but over the years, it has been customised to suit the owner's wishes. The original design was gifted by the French Emperor Napoleon Bonaparte to his beloved wife, Josephine de Beauharnais, in 1796. Later, it was also sported by several celebrities, including model and actor Emily Ratajkowski, who post her divorce from producer Sebastian Bear-McClard, redesigned the ring in two split versions and called it 'Divorce Rings'. Coming to Aditi's professional front, she is currently busy filming for two of her projects, including Lioness, an upcoming historical drama film written and directed by Kajri Babbar, based on the life of Sophia Duleep Singh, the Princess of Punjab. Another one is a Netflix original series titled O Saathi Re. First Published:

Why Platinum Might Be Your Best Bet in 2025
Gold Prices Are Soaring - The Experts at Ritani Share Why Platinum is the Metal of Choice this Year NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK / ACCESS Newswire / March 4, 2025 / With gold prices nearing $3,000 per ounce, many consumers are rethinking their metal of choice, whether they are shopping for an engagement ring, eternity band or a pair of everyday Toi et Moi Lab Grown Diamond Hoop Earrings Ritani Toi et Moi Lab Grown Diamond Hoop Earrings 'For more than a decade, gold jewelry has been de rigueur but during the holiday season we saw a major shift towards platinum,' says Ritani COO Ria Papasifakis. Did you know that platinum is the world's most precious metal and is 30 times rarer than gold? While white gold is still a fantastic choice, platinum outshines it when it comes to durability, long-term beauty, and luxury feel. Unlike white gold, which gets its silvery shine from a rhodium coating that wears off over time, platinum is naturally white. That means no yellowish tint peeking through and no expensive trips to the jeweler for replating. Your platinum ring, bracelet, or earrings will stay just as radiant forever. Platinum is also heavier and denser than gold, which means it holds up exceptionally well over time and can be passed down through generations. While white gold can wear down and lose metal over the years, platinum forms a soft patina that actually adds to its character. Plus, it keeps gemstones secure, making it an excellent choice for engagement rings. 'Platinum is basically a set-it-and-forget-it metal, which makes it appealing because who has time for constant upkeep to have your jewelry looking as fabulous as it should be?' notes Papasifakis. Another benefit of platinum is that it is hypoallergenic, so it is the perfect choice for those with sensitive skin or allergies to common metals. 'Platinum is not just a trend-it's a timeless metal that has always been associated with luxury, prestige, and longevity. If you're looking for a metal that will stand the test of time and never lose its brilliance, platinum is a no-brainer,' adds Papasifakis.
