Diddy Trial: Woman Thrown Out Of Court After Outburst

Diddy's trial was briefly thrown off course after a woman in the courtroom caused a scene before the jury entered. The husband of late actor Jonathan Joss believes his killing may have been a hate crime, though police say there's no evidence of that yet. And attorney Tony Buzbee has decided not to take on Moriah Mills' potential case against Zion Williamson. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit Jeffrey Petz

Porn star suffers major blow as she considers lawsuit against NBA star Zion Williamson

Porn star Moriah Mills has been turned down by lawyer Tony Buzbee as she considers suing Zion Williamson. Mills, who has previously claimed to have had a sexual relationship with the NBA star, recently contacted the high-profile lawyer as she mulls filing legal action against Williamson for an unspecified reason. That news came a day after Williamson was accused of rape by a Jane Doe, in a separate lawsuit obtained by the Daily Mail. Now, Mills' request to be represented by Buzbee has been rejected, as the attorney told TMZ that he is declining to take on her case. Buzbee confirmed that someone from his firm spoke with her but declined to get into specifics about her case. 'We can't comment about the details or merits of her claims,' he told TMZ. 'As you know we are contacted by numerous people across the United States daily with grievances. We can't help them all. Some of those we do take are resolved quietly. A number are filed and litigated, like the $640 million jury verdict we achieved a few weeks back. Only a small few become public.' Buzbee, who has represented sexual assault accusers of Diddy and Deshaun Watson, told the outlet previously that he was 'evaluating' Mills' claims. Mills also confirmed that Buzbee would not be working with her, 'stating her case didn't match what Buzbee best litigates', in the words of TMZ. In a video posted to her TikTok on Saturday, Mills responded to the allegations Williamson is now facing. She said: 'Everybody deserves a chance to be heard and I hope me and any of the other victims all get justice. 'The amount of bashing, humiliation, slander and threats that I've been receiving these last three years have been a lot and causing me a lot of stress, emotional distress. 'I just hope we all can come to justice and this all can be resolved, and nobody has to relive all these things ever again.' On Friday, Williamson was accused of rape and physical abuse in LA by a woman claiming to be the player's ex-girlfriend. Williamson's attorneys have denied the claims. In addition to two specific rape allegations, the Pelicans power forward is accused of a continuing pattern of 'abusive, controlling, and threatening behavior toward Plaintiff,' as detailed in the filing provided to Daily Mail by Doe's attorney. According to the filing, Doe and Williamson began dating around 2018 when he was attending Duke. They allegedly remained together through June of 2023, by which time he was playing in the NBA for the Pelicans. The Plaintiff claims Williamson controlled and harmed her throughout their relationship, adding that the abuse was 'sexual, physical, emotional and financial in nature.' More specifically, the Plaintiff accused Williamson of denying her access to her phone, choking her and yelling at her for 'talking too much.' Williamson's attorneys at Usdin, Kupperman, Freeman & Sarver released a statement denying the accusations and accusing the Plaintiff of 'demanding millions of dollars' in an 'attempt to exploit' their client. Additionally, the statement from Williamson's representatives characterizes his relationship with Doe differently than her attorney's do. Rather than dating Doe, Williamson's attorneys claim, their relationship was casual' and ended 'years ago.' Mills, meanwhile, has made several claims against Williamson in the past, including that they had a sexual relationship in 2023. When Williamson and Ahkeema Love revealed in June 2023 they would be having a baby girl, the announcement was clouded by allegations that the former No. 1 pick was having an affair with Mills. In response to the announcement, Mills exposed her romantic relationship with the NBA star by sharing alleged screenshots of their intimate text messages. According to Mills, Williamson never told her that he was seeing anyone, let alone that he was an expecting father. 'I was with you last week in New Orleans and you couldn't tell me you had a random thot pregnant after all I've done for you @Zionwilliamson,' Mills tweeted. Mills also made repeated attacks against Williamson on X, claiming that there were sex tapes of the pair, and claiming he would 'lose all your endorsements' if she released them.

Moriah Mills reveals possible lawsuit plans against Zion Williamson

The post Moriah Mills reveals possible lawsuit plans against Zion Williamson appeared first on ClutchPoints. Moriah Mills might be taking legal action against Zion Williamson. According to TMZ, Mills has contacted trial lawyer Tony Buzbee, and he is currently 'evaluating her claims.' Buzbee has defended women going after legal action against male celebrities such as Jay-Z and, most recently, Shannon Sharpe. Mills' claims have not been made public, but she was allegedly in a secret relationship with Williamson back in 2023. That November, the NBA star welcomed his first baby with his girlfriend Ahkeema. The pair had a daughter named Azira. That's when Mills and Williamson's alleged relationship got exposed as she claimed they were intimate days before the athlete announced he was having a child with another woman. The social media personality did not speak about the lawsuit but told the outlet that there was a shift in Williamson that she did not expect. 'This is not the man that I met a few years back,' she told TMZ. 'This is not who I thought you would become. … I just hope you change your ways because your job and your family and your legacy is on the line.' In a TikTok video, Mills shares that she has been harassed online following speaking out about her prior relationship with Williamson. She also hinted on what the lawsuit could be about as she claims that she wants 'justice' for how she has been treated. 'It's causing me a lot of stress, emotional distress. I just hope that we all can come to justice and this all can be resolved and nobody has to relive all these things ever again,' she said. Mills' potential lawsuit follows a recent report that the Pelicans star has a lawsuit filed against him that is accusing him of rape and 'abusive, controlling, and threatening behavior.' Williamson has denied the allegations and claims that he and the woman had a 'consensual, casual relationship' that ended years ago and that 'at no point during or immediately after that relationship did the plaintiff raise any concerns.' 'While these allegations are false, we recognize the seriousness of the claims and welcome the opportunity to prove the truth in court. We are confident that the legal process will expose the truth and fully vindicate Mr. Williamson,' the attorneys said. The woman's attorney, Sam Taylor II, said they are going to be'very cautious about litigating this in the press.' 'This is a very serious case as reflected in the allegations in the complaint, which are pretty detailed,' Taylor said. Taylor adds that his client — who has been named Jane Doe in legal documents — is 'genuinely looks forward to her day in court when she can tell a jury of her peers what happened to her and seek justice.'

Adult Film Star Considering Lawsuit Against Zion Williamson After Recent Allegations Against Him Surface

An adult film star and influencer, Moriah Mills, is reportedly considering taking legal action against NBA star Zion Williamson, just days after Williamson was sued by another woman alleging he raped her in 2023. According to TMZ, Mills, who reportedly had a relationship with Williamson in 2023, contacted attorney Tony Buzbee about potentially filing a lawsuit against the New Orleans Pelicans player. Buzbee, a lawyer known for handling high-profile cases, including lawsuits against Jay-Z and, more recently, Shannon Sharpe, told the publication that Mills reached out to him about seeking legal action against Williamson "just hours" after another woman's lawsuit against the athlete became public. Details of Mills' potential lawsuit remain unclear; however, Buzbee said he's "evaluating her claims." When TMZ caught up with Mills in Los Angeles on May 30, she declined to comment on any potential legal action. She did, however, offer words of encouragement for Williamson. "I just hope you change your ways because your job and your family and your legacy is on the line," she said. Mills' comments aren't the first time the adult movie star has spoken about Williamson, 24. In 2023, Mills blasted the former Duke University player on X, formerly Twitter, after learning he was having a baby with another woman. According to Complex, Mills and Williamson had a "sneaky link" relationship; however, their feelings for each other developed into something more. Consequently, Mills said her heart was "broken and shattered" by the news of his child and called the baby a "deal breaker." She later mocked the basketball player on TikTok after he exited a game against the Los Angeles Lakers. "They don't play about me, like, that's all I'm gonna say," she said in the video. "Honestly, you'll never beat the GOAT, you're not the GOAT. You're not LeBron James. You'll never beat LeBron James. Goodnight." On May 30, news broke that a woman going by the pseudonym Jane Doe filed a shocking lawsuit against Williamson, claiming he repeatedly raped and assaulted her in September 2020. In the documents, the plaintiff alleged Williamson called her "stuck up" and a "b-tch" during an argument inside his Beverly Hills home. Doe then claimed Williamson told her she couldn't go to sleep "without having sex with him," which allegedly resulted in him forcibly pinning her down while sexually assaulting her. According to Doe, Williamson repeated his actions a month later after she expressed her desire to visit friends in San Diego. The legal documents further allege that after the assault, Williamson then took her phone and laptop, preventing her from contacting help. 'These two incidents were not isolated,' the lawsuit reads. 'Williamson continued to abuse, rape, assault, and batter Plaintiff in California and other states, including Louisiana and Texas, until the relationship ended in 2023.' In a statement, Williamson's attorney fired back at the allegations of sexual assault, calling them "categorically false and reckless." The lawyer continued, "We take these allegations with the utmost seriousness, and we unequivocally deny them. The allegations contained in the complaint are categorically false and reckless. This is the plaintiff's third set of attorneys. This appears to be an attempt to exploit a professional athlete driven by a financial motive rather than any legitimate grievance." Williamson's legal counsel also claimed the basketball player "never dated" Doe; however, the attorney admitted the pair had a "consensual, casual relationship that began more than six years ago when he was 18 years old." "That relationship ended years ago. At no point during or immediately after that relationship did the plaintiff raise any concerns. Only after the friendship ended did she begin demanding millions of dollars," the lawyer added. Elsewhere in the lawyer's statement, they revealed that Williamson reported the "plaintiff's extortion attempts to law enforcement" and that "an arrest warrant" was "issued in connection with that report." They also shared that Williamson plans to "file counterclaims and seek significant damages for this defamatory lawsuit." "While these allegations are false, we recognize the seriousness of the claims and welcome the opportunity to prove the truth in court. We are confident that the legal process will expose the truth and fully vindicate Mr. Williamson," the attorney said.

Celebs ‘who should be worried' about bombshell Sean ‘Diddy' Combs trial

The guest list of Sean 'Diddy' Combs' supposed freak-offs is set to be exposed in his upcoming federal trial, and any celebrity who engaged in the alleged drug-fuelled sex marathons should be concerned, experts have warned. Opening statements in the highly anticipated sex trafficking trial of Combs are expected to get underway on Monday morning as the once-prominent music mogul and executive faces a potential life sentence if convicted. Neama Rahmani, a former federal prosecutor not involved in Combs' trial, told The U.S. Sun it would not be shocking if one of the government's witnesses name-drops a celebrity during the trial. 'I wouldn't be surprised if we start hearing the names of other people who participated in the freak-off,' said Rahmani, the president and co-founder of West Coast Trial Lawyers. 'Now, they haven't been charged in this case, but some of them have been named in civil lawsuits brought by Diddy's victims, many of whom are represented by lawyer Tony Buzbee. 'So, I wouldn't be surprised if one of the victim witnesses in this case mentions another celebrity. 'Now, that celebrity being mentioned may not result in criminal charges, but it will certainly tarnish their reputation. 'And the last thing any celebrity wants right now is to be associated with Sean Diddy Combs.' Rahmani told The U.S. Sun that if the alleged freak-off recordings exist, two sets of people should be concerned. 'The most powerful evidence that was seized by the government has to be the videos,' he added. 'And we've only seen one video of Diddy seemingly beating Cassie Ventura at the Intercontinental Hotel in Los Angeles in about 2016. 'Criminal defendants can lie. Only when CNN got a copy of that video in May of last year did Diddy finally issue an apology. 'That's how powerful video evidence is. And that's why the government wanted to get the hard drives, the iPhones, the iPads, because Diddy reportedly videotaped these freak-offs. 'And if you believe Cassie Ventura, and I do, he did so for his own sexual gratification and pleasure, but also potentially to maintain control over the participants.' Rahmani continued, 'The video of the freak-offs, if they exist, may be the most damning evidence in this case. 'It may be the reason Combs gets convicted. 'There are two sets of people that should potentially be worried. Obviously, if anyone participated in these freak-offs and sexually assaulted victims, they can be charged or sued civilly. 'But there are also individuals in Diddy's entourage that maybe helped set up the freak-offs. 'People buying the baby oil, people contacting prostitutes, people getting the hotel rooms, setting up the lights and cameras. 'Those individuals could potentially also be charged.' On the first day of jury selection, potential jurors were given an expansive 17-page form containing a list of 31 personal and triggering questions regarding history of domestic violence, sexual assault, or harassment. In addition to the questions, the pool of prospective jurors received a list of people and places connected to Combs in various ways and who could come up during the trial. The list of people included well-known names like actors Michael B. Jordan and Mike Myers, as well as rappers Kid Cudi and Kanye West. However, why the celebrities could be named in the trial remains unclear. The celebrities have not been accused of any wrongdoing. Rahmani warned that the celebrities named in civil lawsuits should be concerned if Combs is convicted. 'The other celebrities, they've been able to avoid potential criminal charges, but if Diddy is convicted and others are implicated, they should certainly be worried that they may be next,' the former federal prosecutor said.
