A new Italian joint is open on Caine Road in Mid-Levels, while a culinary giant from mainland China has joined forces with a Michelin-star institution in Beijing to tempt Hong Kong gourmands with some unique offerings. Read on to see where you can venture out to in March. 1. Path In the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, Path is an innovative eight-seat restaurant led by chef Tony Mok. With roots in Cantonese cooking but adopting Western techniques, Mok reimagines classic Chinese dishes to give them a modern twist.
