"And to all hos [sic] fans and supporters to hom [sic] each and everyone of you was like his family and he cared deeply about you all." Crawley, who had over 2 million followers on TikTok, had been hospitalized for at least two weeks after suffering a cardiac arrest, according to TMZ. Anthony Caruso, a friend of Crawley who started a GoFundMe to help pay for his medical expenses, said Crawley was struggling to breathe before he was admitted into the intensive care unit. "John is the main breadwinner of the family, and unfortunately, he doesn't have medical insurance," Caruso wrote. "His condition is quite unstable, and we're all worried about him." The post revealed that doctors put Crawley on a ventilator after his blood oxygen level (O2 levels) dropped to 66% and he stopped breathing. "They (put him into the ICU and) brought it back up to 100% (O2 levels)," Caruso added. "He just had a tube placed in his chest.. his breathing condition is still very bad." 'A GOOD GUY' Caruso updated the GoFundMe on Tuesday, where he announced Crawley's death. James Steele, the funeral director at Glenfield Funeral Home in New Albany, Mississippi, told TMZ that Crawley died on Monday. "Knowing him personally, John was a good guy," Steele told the outlet. "He lit up a lot of people's worlds. I just left his house and was with his mother, we prayed together. "She's torn up right now but she's going to make it." Crawley was renowned on social media for his comical reaction videos to the way people ate their food. Palmer shared a series of Crawley's videos on her Facebook page, captioning one of the posts, "Life was never boring.. having him as a cousin.."
