Cambodia Leadership Review Launches Top 30 F&B and Hospitality 2025 Magazine
PHNOM PENH, Cambodia, June 10, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Cambodia Leadership Review magazine has officially launched its fourth edition, spotlighting 30 outstanding international leaders driving innovation and excellence in Cambodia's fast-growing food, beverage, and hospitality sectors. The special edition, produced in partnership with the International Business Chamber of Cambodia (IBC), is the second instalment in the magazine's Top 30 Leaders series—following the 2024 finance-focused issue. The new release reflects the growing prominence of Cambodia's hospitality industry as it enters a more sophisticated and globally connected phase. "This edition turns its spotlight to the dynamic and rapidly evolving F&B and hospitality sectors—two pillars of Cambodia's post-pandemic recovery and international appeal," said Harrison White, Editor of Cambodia Leadership Review. "From luxury heritage hotels to purpose-driven distilleries, these leaders are redefining what hospitality means in Cambodia today." Regional Growth and Sector Transformation Cambodia's hospitality and tourism sectors have long straddled dual identities—welcoming both global luxury travelers and budget-conscious backpackers. However, with increased international investment, rising service standards, and a new wave of culinary creativity, the Kingdom is quickly catching up to regional peers such as Thailand and Vietnam. "International hotel brands, award-winning distilleries, and upscale culinary concepts are reshaping the landscape—positioning Cambodia alongside its neighbours in terms of sophistication and innovation," Harrison added. The featured leaders span a broad mix of roles—from general managers of five-star hotels to distillers, restaurateurs, and industry advocates—each contributing to the sector's growing maturity, sustainability, and global relevance. Transparent Selection Process The Top 30 list was curated by a panel of three independent judges from both CIR Media and IBC. Candidates were evaluated across four main criteria: impact, uniqueness, reach, and connection with the ecosystem. Judges considered how each individual contributed to Cambodia's F&B and hospitality industries through leadership, creativity, and engagement with local and international networks. Full List of Top 30 F&B & Hospitality Leaders 2025: Elevating the Industry As Cambodia strives toward becoming an upper middle-income country by 2030, the role of experienced and visionary leaders becomes ever more important. The Top 30 F&B & Hospitality 2025 edition reflects a mix of global experience and local commitment—spotlighting those who are not only succeeding in business but also shaping the future of Cambodia's service economy. "These leaders are helping Cambodia compete not just as a destination, but as a place to build, invest, and create," said Harrison. The magazine is now available in both digital and print formats and will be distributed to stakeholders across Cambodia's business community, hospitality schools, and regional partners.

Philadelphia radio applauds an underappreciated aspect of Saquon Barkley's reverse hurdle
Philadelphia radio applauds an underappreciated aspect of Saquon Barkley's reverse hurdle Philadelphia sports radio hosts on 94 WIP seized the chance to commend Saquon Barkley for a facet of his reverse hurdle that frequently goes unrecognized. Believe it or not, June 3rd is seven months to the day that the Philadelphia Eagles hosted the Jacksonville Jaguars and Saquon Barkley proved once and for all that he was a human cheat code. Had we not seen it, most of us wouldn't have believed it. How on Planet Earth does a man leap over another grown man backwards? Barkley, except for a few quarters here and there, seemingly broke long game-altering runs at will. We've seen another scouting combine, Pro Days, Top 30 Visits, and ten prospects added to the nest by way of the NFL Draft. OTAs are now underway. Guess what one of the most popular topics of discussion is. If you answered by stating 'Saquon's reverse hurdle', give yourself a gold star. Just when you thought it was impossible to manufacture more words to encapsulate its brilliance, we're given a few. 94 WIP-FM's Morning Show praises one of the lesser-mentioned components of Saquon Barkley's hurdle. Philadelphia sports fans, at times, enjoy a love-hate affair with 94 WIP-FM and its hosts. Some prefer certain shows over others. Some listen all day. Others don't listen at all, but everyone will have an opinion if time is dedicated to asking them. Former Eagle John Ritchie and long-time radio host Joe DeCamara took over the station's Morning Show in February 2023 after Angelo Cataldi retired. They've made everyone laugh. They've made everyone angry (more so Joe than John), but recently, a recent take was good enough to make listeners stand up and cheer. As mentioned, Saquon's November reverse hurdle is front and center again. This comes after Barkley was named EA Sports' cover athlete for the Madden 26 game. Two covers will be offered for two different editions. One depicts Saquon's now-signature play. Ritchie and DeCamara recently offered some praise and applauded Barkley for something that typically gets overlooked. He took a shot at the end of the play, one that forced him out of action for a spell. It's so easy to marvel at the athleticism displayed and overlook the physically demanding portion, or Saquon's toughness. Credit the WIP Morning Show for noticing. Oh, and by the way, those who are worried about the 'Madden Curse' shouldn't be. Barkley has no worries. That's good enough for us.

Spartanburgers announce inaugural roster
SPARTANBURG, SC — In partnership with the Texas Rangers, the Hub City Spartanburgers have announced their preliminary roster for the inaugural 2025 season. The Spartanburgers begin the campaign with five of the Rangers' top 30 prospects per MLB Pipeline, and the Rangers' top three draft picks from 2024. The 30-man roster is made up of 17 pitchers and 13 position players. Hub City welcomes 17 players who finished their 2024 season with the High-A (now Low-A) Hickory Crawdads; nine of the new Spartanburgers wrapped up their 2024 campaigns with the now-defunct Down East Wood Ducks. Two Spartanburgers join the team from last year's season-ending Double-A Frisco roster. Five Spartanburgers were tabbed as top 30 prospects in the Rangers organization by MLB Pipeline, and six made Baseball America's Preseason Top 30 list. Catcher Malcolm Moore, 2024 first-round draft choice, is the highest-rated Hub City player in both publications, coming in at No. 5 and No. 6, respectively. Both publications also view outfielder Dylan Dreiling, the Rangers' second-round pick in 2024, as a top 10 prospect. Infielder Casey Cook, who played collegiately at UNC-Chapel Hill, was the Rangers' third-round pick in 2024, and ranks at No. 25 on Baseball America's index. The Rangers' new High-A affiliate is led by manager Chad Comer, who remains on the top step after two years as the manager of the Hickory Crawdads. Hitting coach Drew Sannes, pitching coach Julio Valdez and development coaches Elevys Gonzalez and Jay Sullenger round out the staff. Hub City opens the season April 4 on the road, with three games against the Aberdeen IronBirds, High-A Affiliate of the Baltimore Orioles. The Spartanburgers then travel to Delaware to face the Nationals' High-A Affiliate, the Wilmington Blue Rocks, in a six-game series. Opening Night at Fifth Third Park is April 15 against the Bowling Green Hot Rods, High-A Affiliate of the Tampa Bay Rays. Copyright 2025 Nexstar Media, Inc. All rights reserved. Commanders showing interest in ascending edge rusher
The Washington Commanders need pass-rushing help. However, unlike the team's fans, general manager Adam Peters and head coach Dan Quinn are not panicking. Remember, we are only a week into free agency and a month away from the 2025 NFL draft. You can bet Peters and Quinn have a plan. What if that plan involves UCLA edge rusher Femi Oladejo? Oladejo isn't a name you've heard mentioned often regarding first-round edge rushers. Names like Adbul Carter, James Pearce, Donovan Ezeiruaku, Mike Green, Nic Scourton, Mykel Williams, Jalon Walker, and Shemar Stewart have received far more hype; NFL teams know all about Oladejo. Oladejo began his career at Cal, playing there for two years before spending his two final collegiate seasons at UCLA. A linebacker-turned-edge rusher, Oladejo finished his college career with only six sacks. However, the 6-foot-3, 259-pound Oladejo is an ascending player. In 2024, Oladejo recorded 4.5 sacks and 13.5 tackles for loss. His length and athleticism has NFL teams drooling, including Washington. Tony Pauline of Sportskeeda reported that Peters and Quinn were in Los Angeles for Oladejo's pro day. To bring all of your top decision-makers when you're not picking a quarterback means there is some serious interest. Ryan Fowler of the Draft Network followed up Pauline's report that Oladejo was in Ashburn on Tuesday for a Top 30 visit. A name that continues to buzz — UCLA ED Femi Oladejo, who is currently on a 30 visit with the Commanders this afternoon. Versatile defender has had an excellent predraft process that included a nice showcase at his pro day where he worked at both off ball LB and edge. A note —… — Ryan Fowler (@_RyanFowler_) March 18, 2025 Oladejo has at least 10 Top 30 visits, which shows that the interest in him is real. He enjoyed a great Senior Bowl week and a strong NFL combine. Oladejo sneaking into the first round is a real possibility. His versatility and developing edge traits likely have Quinn dreaming of ways to use him. Even better, Oladejo is only 21 years old. When evaluating Oladejo, don't look at the stats. He's an ascending talent, and that's evident in his senior highlights. This article originally appeared on Commanders Wire: Commanders are reportedly interested in underrated edge rusher
