Edmonton transit offering free admission to KDays on ‘Transit Tuesday'
Edmonton transit is offering free general admission to KDays for Arc card holders on July 22 as part of 'Transit Tuesday.'
Those with Arc cards can simply show their card at the gates. Single-use Arc tickets and Arc multi-day passes are not included in the promotion.
The initiative is part of a promotion of Edmonton Transit Service's (ETS) historical exhibit at the KDays Discovery Zone, which includes two heritage ETS buses and one modern articulated bus.
Artifacts sourced from the ETS archive, City of Edmonton Archives and the Provincial Archives of Alberta will be on display.
The Edmonton Radial Railway Society will also be at the exhibit to share information about Edmonton's streetcar history.
The Discovery Zone will be open during KDays from July 18 to 27.
