His professional path began in Indonesia, where he served as Food and Beverage Manager at Le Meridien Nirwana Golf and Spa Resort in Bali from 1997 to 2000, before advancing to similar roles in Bangkok from 2000 to 2002. Mudry's career accelerated when he became Resident Manager at Le Royal Meridien Baan Taling Ngam in Thailand from 2002 to 2004. After a brief stint as General Manager at Hotel Nendaz 4 Vallees and Spa in Switzerland, where he opened and launched a 4-star superior hotel complex with an integrated 2,200 sqm spa, Mudry returned to Asia. There, he showcased his talent at SO/Bangkok, an iconic hotel known for its avant-garde design, where he successfully balanced innovation with operational excellence from 2014 to 2017. His most recent position before joining Fairmont La Marina Rabat-Salé was at Raffles Jakarta, where he spent eight years elevating the property to a luxury benchmark in Southeast Asia. Under his leadership, the team achieved the 2018 Condé Nast Traveler Reader's Choice Awards, ranking #4 in Asia and #47 globally.
