Kourtney Kardashian indulges in a cheat day… after her secret weight loss trick revealed
Kourtney Kardashian indulged in a cheat day, just days after flaunting her incredible bikini body. The reality star, 46, shared a snap of her delicious breakfast - which appeared to be pancakes with strawberries, syrup and a creamy sauce. Kourtney enjoyed a weekend in La Jolla, California with her husband Travis Barker, drummer of Blink-182. She revealed the reason why they were in the San Diego neighborhood via her stories - with a snap of Travis' half marathon medal. Last week, Kourtney flaunted her incredible body in a tiny string bikini while soaking up the sun on a boat. This comes just after has learned that Kourtney has shed the pregnancy pounds by taking a weight loss supplement. It's her very own GLP-1 Daily support and weight management supplement from her brand Lemme. It can cost $2 a day if bought in the six-month package for $336. 'She takes her own pills and they work because they curb the appetite, especially when it comes to sweets,' said an insider. 'And it is all natural, no weird ingredients. She loves all her products because they work and there are no side effects.' The Daily Mail has not received a response to its request for comment from her representative. The ingredients of Lemme GLP-1 Daily are: Eriomin Lemon Fruit Extract: A patented ingredient that supports GLP-1 production; Supresa Saffron Extract: A clinically-studied ingredient that helps reduce hunger and cravings; Morosil Red Orange Fruit Extract: A patented ingredient that supports weight management. Other ingredients may include: Chromium, Vitamin B12, Gymnema Sylvestre Leaf Extract, and Phytonutrient Fruit Complex. Days prior, she shared a red bikini top image. The KUWTK alum uploaded a slideshow to Instagram that featured a sexy bikini selfie as well as glimpses into her home life with husband Travis Barker, 49. In another shot, Kourtney rocked a 'Travis' T-shirt and flashed her massive diamond wedding ring as she snapped a photo of herself in a Rolls-Royce. Kourtney's 'long weekend' also consisted of a cruise around Calabasas with Travis in his vintage Chevrolet truck. She even shared an up-close look at the vehicle's custom interior featuring plaid orange upholstery. The star — who rose to fame alongside her family on Keeping Up with the Kardashians — made sure to add various outtakes from her luxurious, sprawling mansion in Calabasas. There was an artistic shot of what appeared to be her and Travis' bedroom with fluffy white bedding and a framed black and white piece of art. Kourtney went on to post a scenic photo of her huge backyard pool overlooking mountains. Also included in the slideshow was a photo of what appeared her and Travis' one-year-old son Rocky's scooter sitting idly in the hallway of their home. It comes after Kourtney made drastic updates to her home to fit her and Travis' blended family. Kourtney shares Mason, 15, Penelope, 12, and Reign, 10, with ex-boyfriend Scott. Travis is stepdad to Atiana De La Hoya, 26, son Landon, 21, and daughter Alabama, 19, with ex-wife Shanna Moakler, 50. The husband and wife, who married in Italy in May 2022, were neighbors and friends for 10 years before striking up a romance. They continued to live in their respective homes, minutes apart, even after tying the knot, until their son Rocky was born in late 2023. While things at home with Travis may be peaceful, a source recently dished to that Kourtney and Scott are at odds over co-parenting. Rumors of a co-parenting war between the exes kicked off last week after Kourtney sparked fury after she discussed her controversial approach to parenting with her sister Khloe Kardashian for an interview on her podcast, Khloe in Wonder Land. Kourtney opened up about not conforming to what's expected of a family as she claimed her children want to be homeschooled. Fans branded her 'out of touch' and harshly accused her of being the 'dumbest of the sisters.' 'Why do kids f*****g go to school?' Kourtney asked, adding that it is a 'dated' practice. The comments infuriated Scott, 42, who found them 'irresponsible,' according to sources, who claim he is struggling to recognize his ex of late. 'Scott strongly disagrees with Kourtney's parenting style and finds her comments irresponsible,' one insider told 'Scott values hard work and sees school as essential and would never allow his kids to not attend.' Kourtney was one of the only Kardashian sisters to attend college. She started her bachelor's degree at the traditional Southern Methodist University in Texas before graduating from the party school University of Arizona. But she's made it clear that she no longer believes attending school in person is important. Scott, who 'feels Kourtney has changed,' will have his children homeschooled 'over his dead body.' The father-of-three, who still appears on the family reality show, is also said to have issues with the influence of Kourtney's step-children. 'Life at Kourtney and Travis' house can be chaotic and Scott is especially uneasy with the influence of Travis' daughter, Alabama,' the source said. 'He makes clear that while Travis may be Rocky's dad, he will never be a father to his kids.'

A patriotic tradition at Theon
May 25—THEON, Wash. — What began as a small Memorial Day gathering nearly a decade ago has become one of the largest community events in Anatone and the surrounding area. "I don't want to step on any toes," Travis Polek joked. "But if we keep growing at this level, we might pass up Anatone Days." Hundreds gathered at the home of Polek and his wife, Letha Polek, for the ninth annual Theon Military Flag Ceremony. The event has become a small town tradition that, as Travis put it, shows that people respect the true meaning of Memorial Day. The ceremony "takes an army" of people to organize each year, Travis said. It's complete with a live and silent auction, and thousands of dollars are raised to support the Idaho Veterans Assistance League in Lewiston. The gathering originated from humble beginnings when Travis' father, Tom Polek, gifted him a 42-foot flag pole in 2016. More than a dozen neighbors, family members and friends assembled to mount it and raise an American flag. Travis said since then a pole has never been brought out without being hoisted. He goes through three 6-by-10-foot flags, and a much larger 10-by-15 one for the ceremony, each year to greet drivers passing on Washington State Route 129. Travis said he has the utmost respect for those who have served, like his father and brother, Todd Polek, who are U.S. Army veterans. A flag gifted to Travis by Todd is the focal point of the service. At the exact time it had been lowered to half-staff, two fighter planes cut through clear blue sky. Asotin resident Mike Warwick said the P51 Mustang planes belong to Travis' longtime friend, Gary Peters, that were used in World War II and the Korean War. Prayers, the national anthem, songs from all branches of the military and a speech from Warwick and retired U.S. Marine Jason Brown were part of the observance. "It's a rare privilege to live a life with purpose and honor," he said. "Their sacrifice is not in vain ... so we can live in a nation with freedom and truth called the United State of America."

Jets QB Jordan Travis retires due to serious leg injury while at FSU
Jordan Travis pushed through the struggles of a long and valiant comeback attempt from a serious leg injury until he was told it was time to finally walk away. The New York Jets announced Wednesday that the quarterback informed them he will retire from playing football, a surprising NFL ending for the 24-year-old former Florida State star. Travis hurt his left leg during a game against North Alabama in November 2023, the last time he played in a game at any level. His left leg rolled under a defender, twisting his ankle awkwardly and fracturing it. Travis was a fifth-round draft pick last year but spent last season on the Jets' non-football injury list. The team will now place him on the reserve/retired list. "On November 18, 2023, my life took an unexpected turn," Travis said in a statement released by the Jets. "I gave everything I had to the rehab process but despite all my efforts, my leg never responded the way we hoped. After much prayer and consultation with the doctors, medical experts and my agent, I've been medically advised to retire from the game I love so deeply." Travis, who finished fifth in the Heisman Trophy voting that year, completed 63.9% of his passes with 20 TDs and two interceptions — improving his draft stock while leading the Seminoles to an 11-0 start before his injury. Shortly after being drafted, Travis acknowledged he had thought about someday replacing Aaron Rodgers as New York's quarterback. He also insisted he never had any doubts he would recover from his injury and play again. "No, sir. Never," he said last May. "I mean, I love adversity. I love waking up every single day and having to make a choice. It just makes the story a whole lot cooler. I've always said that, from the day I broke my leg until now. "I love it, man. So, no, there's never been a doubt in my mind." Travis' agent Deiric Jackson told ESPN in March that the Jets "tried to rush" the quarterback's rehabilitation and that caused a setback in his recovery. The team said it followed the plan created by Travis' surgeon, and Jackson was "optimistic" the quarterback would be ready for this season. Jets general manager Darren Mougey declined to comment on Travis last week during the draft when he was asked about his recovery. "Jordan has informed us of his intent to retire due to the injury he sustained while at Florida State," Mougey said in a statement Wednesday. It is unfortunate that he was unable to get back on the field after working so hard. We support his decision and wish him only the best." In a hand-printed note posted on his X account, Travis said he was "overwhelmed with gratitude" as he reflected on his journey. He included his statement that was shared by the Jets and thanked the team for "believing in me and providing me with the opportunity to live out the ultimate dream." He also thanked his familiy, friends, coaches and teammates for their support. "It is crazy how fast life can change," Travis wrote. "This is not the ending I had ever imagined, but I do trust The Lord's Plan above all else." Reporting by The Associated Press. Want great stories delivered right to your inbox? Former Florida State star, Jets QB Jordan Travis retires from NFL at 24 due to medical advice over leg injury from FSU
New York Jets quarterback and former Florida State star Jordan Travis announced on Wednesday that he's retiring from the NFL at 24 years old. Travis, who suffered a serious leg injury while playing for Florida State, cited medical advice regarding his injury for his decision to step away from football. Travis made the announcement with a hand-written note that he shared on social media. Advertisement "On November 18, 2023, my life and career took an unexpected turn," Travis wrote. "I gave everything I had to the rehab process, but despite my efforts my leg never responded the way we hoped. "After much prayer and consultation with my doctors and medical team, I have been medically advised to retire from the game I love so deeply." The Jets confirmed that Travis had informed them of his decision to retire in a statement from general manager Darren Mougey. "Jordan has informed us of his intent to retire due to the injury he sustained while at Florida State," Mougey's statement reads. "It is unfortunate that he was unable to get back on the field after working so hard. We support his decision and wish him only the best." Travis sustained the injury late in his senior season at Florida State. His left foot got caught under a North Alabama defender while he was scrambling during a Week 12 game. He was taken off the field with an air cast on his leg and immediately transported to a local hospital. He was diagnosed with a fractured and dislocated ankle. Advertisement It was a devastating injury that ended Travis' college career and derailed Florida State's national championship hopes. Florida State finished the regular season undefeated at 13-0. But in part because Travis was injured, the College Football Playoff selection committee left FSU out of the the four-team CFP field. Travis was named ACC Player of the Year and finished fifth in Heisman Trophy voting despite missing Florida State's final two regular-season games. The Jets then selected Travis in the fifth round of the 2024 NFL Draft. Travis didn't play as a rookie. In March, Travis' agent Deiric Jackson told ESPN that the Jets "rushed" Travis' rehab process during his rookie season, causing a setback. "His rehab with the Jets was not the best," Jackson told ESPN. "They tried to rush him. It was too fast. There was pressure on the coaching staff, and they tried to get him going sooner than the timeline really was. That caused the setback, and we had to shut him down completely." Jackson did not go into detail about the nature of the setback. At the time, he said that he was "optimistic" about Travis' prospects for the 2025 season. The Jets did not respond to Jackson's characterization of Travis' rehab. Travis thanked the Jets and did not mention his rehab process in his retirement note.
