Tiranga rally held at OFT
Trichy: As part of the Har Ghar Tiranga 2025 campaign and in line with the ministry of defence's directives, the Ordnance Factory Tiruchirappalli (OFT), a unit of Advanced Weapons and Equipment India Limited (AWEIL), organised a "Tricolour Rally" on Tuesday morning. The rally began at 6.30 am from the OFT Roundabout, passed through the OFT Estate, and returned to the starting point. Led by OFT chief general manager Sanjay Shrivastava, it saw enthusiastic participation from officers, workmen's representatives, employees, and children. BJP to organise Tiranga Rally in Kalaburagi today
The Kalaburagi district unit of the BJP will be organising Tiranga Yatra (Tricolour Rally) in the city on Saturday to honour the courage and sacrifices of the Indian Army, Navy, Air Force and the other wings of the armed forces which led to the successful conduct of Operation Sindoor against terror bases in Pakistan. BJP district president (rural unit) Ashok Bagali, addressing a press conference here on Friday, said that the Tiranga Rally will kick start from Nagareshwar School in Nehru Gunj area in the late afternoon and conclude at Jagat Circle. The Tiranga Rally, which will be taken out under the banner 'Nation with Operation Sindoor', is meant to express solidarity with the Indian Armed Forces and to honour those who have sacrificed their lives in service to the nation. Youths, women, ex-servicemen and party State leaders will participate in the rally. BJP leaders and religious heads of various mutts will address the rally at Jagat Circle.
