Award-winning pub Bistro 8 Blackwood famous for its garlic

From mouthwatering mains to handcrafted cocktails and decadent desserts, this family-friendly venue offers something to suit every taste.
The famous Bistro 8 Garlic Loaf (Image: Tom Cross) Pub owners, 34-year-olds Ryan Leverington and Emma Payne, shared their thoughts on what makes Bistro 8 special.
They said: 'People like Bistro 8 because we offer fresh, local and amazing food. We offer incredible service, and we genuinely care about our customers experience with us.
'We are known for our dry aged steaks, ensuring we are providing our guests with the best possible steak.
'Our customers also love our freshly hand shaken cocktails! and You can't forget the famous garlic loaf which people travel far and wide for.
'We also are known for our lunch menu! with mains from just £9.95 Monday-Friday 12-2pm!'

Ryan and Emma praised their staff for playing a key role in Bistro 8's success.
'The pub is special for many reasons, but the main reason that makes it so special and successful is our staff.
'We have an amazing team here at Bistro 8 who always go above and beyond seven days a week to ensure we can run as we do.'
