Mother-daughter duo brings allergen-friendly cookies to local markets
Customer favorites include Chocolate Chip, Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip, and Molasses Ginger. (Don't skip over the Double Dark Chocolate cookies.) Her Triple Chocolate Fudge Brownie is incredibly rich and fudgy, and so satisfying that many customers cut the large square into small pieces and freeze them, perfect for when occasional (or more frequent) chocolate cravings strike. Silvia says she was particularly motivated to bake allergen-friendly sweets for children. 'I wanted kids to have a chocolate chip cookie that was safe to eat.' Many adults will be happy, too.
