The scene featured her character Vidhi responding to a casteist remark when a man accused her of dishonouring her family. Dhadak 2 Box Office Collection Day 4: Tripti Dimri and Siddhant Chaturvedi's latest release, Dhadak 2, has not been well-received by the audience. The film is struggling significantly at the box office. Released in theatres on August 1, the movie opened with very low numbers on its first day. Although its earnings saw a slight improvement over the weekend, it failed the Monday test, dropping by over 66 per cent. Did Dhadak 2 pass the crucial Monday test? Dhadak 2 's earnings are witnessing a continuous decline. The film, produced under the banners of Dharma Productions, Zee Studios, and Cloud9 Studios, clashed with Son of Sardaar 2 at the box office. Saiyaara has also made things difficult for Dhadak 2 in terms of competition. According to Sacnilk, Dhadak 2 minted Rs 3.5 crore on Friday and saw a 7% and 10% increase on Saturday and Sunday, respectively, earning Rs 3.75 crore and Rs 4.15 crore. However, on Monday, the film experienced a steep drop, earning only Rs 1.4 crore. This brings Dhadak 2 's total domestic collection to Rs 12.8 crore. ‘Dhadak 2' box office collections day 3 (Live): Tripti Dimri's film slows down; mints Rs 8 crores

While the film opened with some promise, its Sunday performance showed a dip in momentum. As per early estimates from the Sacnilk website, the film collected Rs 75 lakhs on Day 3, bringing its total India net collection to Rs 8 crore. Reportedly, the movie opened on Friday (August 1) with Rs 3.5 crore, saw a slight uptick on Saturday with Rs 3.75 crore, but the expected Sunday surge didn't materialize. There was a low occupancy of 13.78% across Hindi-speaking regions. This indicates that the film is yet to get good traction from the Hindi audiences. Regional trends and audience footfall; Mixed signals from big cities Among metro regions, Bengaluru showed the highest occupancy at 29%, hinting at relatively better engagement in urban centers. NCR (17%) and Mumbai (16%) followed, while Pune remained lower at 12%.
