The 18-second dashcam video shows the sports utility vehicle dangerously weaving through traffic at the Jalan Paboi-Bukit Tambun intersection around 11.15am on Friday, in an attempt to evade police pursuit. Seberang Prai Selatan district police chief Superintendent Jay January Siowou confirmed that a police report has been lodged. He said investigations are underway under Section 186 of the Penal Code for obstructing a public servant in the discharge of duties, and Section 279 for reckless driving. "The suspect's actions not only endangered themselves but also other road users. "We are actively working to locate the driver involved," he said.
