Search underway for missing 16-year-old in Tulı́t'a, N.W.T.
Community members and RCMP are looking for a missing 16-year-old in Tulı́t'a, N.W.T.
RCMP say River Clement was least seen on Cranberry Crescent in Tulı́t'a at around 5 a.m. Friday morning. They received a call that the teenager was missing at 1 p.m. that day.
Clement is described as slim, with brown eyes and medium-length black hair.
According to police, community members are helping RCMP search the land and water for the missing youth.
RCMP said the Canadian Coast Guard Auxiliary is helping with the search, and that the Joint Rescue Coordination Centre in Trenton, Ont., has been asked to do aerial searches.
