Fong's music surged in the number of plays on various streaming platforms since his record label announced on Saturday that he 'left the world peacefully' on February 21 after fighting an illness for five years.
On Tuesday, Fong's songs made up half of the Top 20 on Hong Kong's Spotify daily charts.
His biggest hits, including 'Love Love Love', 'Love Song' and his cover of Faye Wong's 'Red Bean' were in the top four spots.
'Twenty-three', a song from his final album The Dreamer released last October, was second in place.

He made his comeback last year when he released the album, which he said was recorded 'during various stages of illness'.
