Check your Lotto tickets! Two big WA prizes still unclaimed
Buy a Lotto ticket over the weekend? WA punters are being encouraged to checked their slips as two players scooped division one wins. A ticket bought from Two Rocks News And Post was a winner, claiming the $1 million prize from Friday's Millionaire Medley draw — with the lucky numbers being 20, 44, 41, 15, 16, 43. The celebrations didn't stop there, with Saturday's Lotto draw had a WA online player be one of six to take home $627,568 from the Division One prize - the numbers were 30, 26, 11, 22, 36, 13. Another seven WA players had a Division Two win from the Saturday draw, earning a cool $7600. The pair of Division One wins brings WA's tally up to 32 for the year. 'These WA winners are sharing in more than $67 million worth of Division One prizes,' Lotterywest spokesperson James Mooney said. 'We are hoping to add to WA's winners' list following Thursday's $100 million Powerball jackpot. 'Thursday's $100 million draw is the biggest jackpot offered by Powerball so far this year, and it would be fantastic to see a win of this size shared by a few WA players. 'When jackpots reach these heights, they create a wonderful chance for players to join a syndicate with friends, family or workmates, to share the cost of a ticket and possibly the joy of a win.'
