Shreveport police seek man with domestic violence history

SHREVEPORT, La. (KTAL/KMSS) — The Shreveport Police Department is searching for a man in connection with a domestic violence allegation.
Shreveport police search for woman in domestic violence case
Tyler Foster is wanted in connection with an April domestic violence accusation.
Foster has three prior arrests for domestic-related offenses. He is currently accused of striking a female victim in the face multiple times and dragging her by the hair across a paved surface.
Officers say they observed injuries consistent with the victim's account.
Foster is wanted for one count of Domestic Abuse Battery with Child Endangerment.
