Arrest of fake cardiologist draws attention to India's medical registry system

NEW DELHI – I ndia's medical fraternity has been rocked by many scandals over the years, but an especially shocking one emerged recently from a hospital in Damoh, in Central India's Madhya Pradesh state.
A certain Narendra Vikramaditya Yadav took on a fake identity as a cardiologist and pretended to be 'Dr N. John Camm', a name very similar to that of an actual British cardiologist: Professor John Camm.
