Shashwat Singh and Nikhita Gandhi team up for War 2 song

The makers of War 2 have dropped the film's first song—a romantic number titled Oopiri Ooyalaga in Telugu and Ulagena Uruveduthaay in Tamil. Composed by Pritam and sung by Shashwat Singh and Nikhita Gandhi, the track features Hrithik Roshan and Kiara Advani 's sparkling on-screen chemistry, and is already creating a stir across digital platforms. The song marks a milestone for singer Shashwat Singh, who lends his voice to Hrithik Roshan for the second time after Sarsariya from Mohenjo Daro . This time, he does so in Tamil and Telugu. 'It was a thrilling experience to step out of my comfort zone, both linguistically and musically,' shared Singh. 'It's fulfilling to be part of something that cuts across languages.' The song also marks a continued collaboration between Pritam and Shashwat, following their recent hit Zamaana Lage from Metro In Dino . Nikhita Gandhi, known for her versatility, joins him once again in this soulful duet. Currently in Kolkata, Shashwat Singh is performing a series of concerts. He's also exploring the city with Nikhita Gandhi, with whom he has formed a new musical duo called ShNiK —a fusion of their names and artistic energies.
