The amusement park is set in Brojce, on Poland's northern coast, and has plans to create a fairytale-theme attraction, which was originally announced back in 2017. When it eventually opens it is expected to be a rival to Energylandia - one of Europe's largest theme parks. The park is expected to have a lighthouse, which will connect the four themed zones - each of which is inspired by a local legend or fairytale. In addition, the destination will span 400,000-square-metres and the four lands include Mermaid City, the Kingdom of Baltambrya, the Land of the Vikings and the Dragon Valley of the Mines. One of the park's top attractions is expected to be a steel coaster called GhostRider. It will launch riders 176 feet into the air and reach speeds of up to 72-miles-per-hour. Inside Universal Epic Universe with incredible thrill rides and amazing food Most of the rides are yet to be named but visitors can expect to experience 20 food and drink areas in the park. Falcons QB Kirk Cousins pokes fun at Travis Kelce's hairy back: ‘God bless Taylor Swift'

Atlanta Falcons player Kirk Cousins roasted Travis Kelce for having a very hairy back. The quarterback applauded Taylor Swift while poking fun at Kelce in an interview with E! News at the grand opening of Universal Epic Universe in Orlando, Fla., Wednesday. 'God bless Taylor Swift for being good with that,' Cousins said, referring to new photos of Kelce shirtless. He added, 'That's awesome. Good for her.' Cousins, 36, suspected that the Kansas City Chiefs tight end's wooly backside was 'just genetics.' 'Thankfully, I don't have to deal with that,' he joked. 'But I'm in a locker room a lot. That's just a part of life. It is what it is.' Cousins took shots at Kelce's abundant body hair after the 'New Heights' podcast co-host was spotted going shirtless while out in Miami Tuesday. Kelce had just finished a fitness session with friends when he ditched his sweaty tee. The NFL star, 35, has discussed his hairy situation in the past — with his brother Jason Kelce sharing earlier this year that he previously earned him the nickname 'Big Yeti.' 'When Trav was at Cincinnati, he would play basketball in the playground quite a bit,' the retired Philadelphia Eagles player said on their podcast in February 2024 of Travis' time at the University of Cincinnati. 'And anyone who has ever played pickup basketball, you know there's shirts and skins.' Travis explained that he had a 'big beard,' 'long hair' and 'the chest hair, back hair, arm hair, leg hair.' 'It's just a big ole Yeti out there, man,' Travis said. 'All the homies on the court were calling me 'Big Yeti.'' More recently, Travis called himself a 'furry son of the b—h' on Wednesday's episode of his and Jason's Wondery+ show while explaining why he was wearing two shirts at once. 'Me and heat just don't do well together, ' Travis quipped of his layered fashion choice.

From nifflers to demiguises: These magical creatures make Epic Universe's Wizarding World

From nifflers to demiguises: These magical creatures make Epic Universe's Wizarding World Show Caption Hide Caption Take the Metro-Floo at Universal Orlando's Ministry of Magic Universal Orlando's Epic Universe theme park will bring the iconic Ministry of Magic to life, fans will be able to go to 1920s wizarding Paris. ORLANDO, Fla. – There has been a lot of hype for Harry Potter and the Battle at the Ministry, the most in-demand attraction at the new Universal Epic Universe theme park in Orlando. Rightly so, because the queue is an attraction unto itself – jaw-dropping, built to scale and packed with details from the films. However, it's not the most magical part of the Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Ministry of Magic. Most of this world – one of five at the park – is set in 1920s wizarding Paris, like the 'Fantastic Beasts' franchise. And just like in those films, the magical creatures steal the spotlight. From the big stars of the show 'Le Cirque Arcanus' to the wide-eyed mooncalf at the door of the Oculus Regulus shop to the tiny bowtruckle animatronic in the locksmith's window, these adorable creatures are everywhere. Some only appear when visitors cast spells with interactive wands, like the mischievous spitting grindylow in the fountain by the Battle at the Ministry entrance or the mysterious demiguise in a window near Bar Moonshine. Many others are woven into the world's decor, like the golden nifflers adorning old-fashioned cash registers and the stunning mosaic tilework in Café L'air De La Sirène. The more you look for them, the more you'll find. The reporter on this story received access from Universal. USA TODAY maintains editorial control of content.
