On August 6, Rasha Thadani took to Instagram Stories to wish her debut film director, Abhishek Kapoor, on his birthday. Remembering her time at the set of Azaad, Rasha shared a behind-the-scenes video of her teaching Abhishek Kapoor the steps of her chart-topping song Uyi Amma.
The video was captured during the shooting of the song as Rasha was seen donning her outfit from the song. In the clip, Rasha was seen teaching Uyi Amman choreography to Abhishek Kapoor, and he directly and obediently followed her lead and imitated the dance steps. The video ended with both of them hugging each other. Sharing the video, Rasha wrote, 'You are the coolest of the cool!!! We love you," followed by a blue heart emoji.

Along with the fun behind-the-scenes video of Uyi Amma, Rasha Thadani also penned a heartfelt note on the occasion of Abhishek Kapoor's birthday. Taking to Instagram stories, Rasha shared a picture of herself sitting beside the director as they both indulged in delicious street food. Sharing the picture, Rasha wrote, 'I will always look at you with absolute awe and admiration, as I have done since day 1. Thank you for believing in me, and thank you for giving me wings to fly."

Up next, Rasha Thadani will be seen in Saurabh Gupta's action drama Laikey Laikaa. As per ETimes reports, the film will be based on a twisting action story set in a contemporary backdrop. Rasha Thadani will be seen taking the lead role in this film alongside Abhay Verma. The film is scheduled to release in 2026.
