Suge Knight Says Diddy Should Testify In His Own Trial To 'Humanize' Himself

A lengthy list of witnesses have testified so far during Sean 'Diddy' Combs', but the defendant noticeably chose to not take the stand at all. Suge Knight has continued to weigh in on how court proceedings are playing out, and he recently doubled down on his surprising take about the case and even suggested Diddy should testify. Earlier this week, the Death Row Records executive shared he felt there's a chance his longtime rival could beat his charges. 'I feel if he do tell his truth, he really would walk,' Knight elaborated Thursday (May 30) in a phone interview from the Richard J. Donovan Correctional Facility in San Diego. He then discussed a possible strategy the Bad Boy founder could use to help his road to a potential victory. 'If Puffy goes up there and says, 'Hey… I did all the drugs, I wasn't in control of my life at the time, or myself' – he can humanize his old self and the jury might give him a shot.' 'But if they keep him sitting down, it's like he's scared to face the music,' Knight added. 'He should just have his faith in God, put up his pants and go up there and tell his truth.' Suge is currently in prison for an unrelated crime, serving a 28-year-sentence for a deadly hit-and-run in 2015. In the aforementioned conversation from earlier this week, Knight surprised many people with his opinion because of his well-known decades-long beef with the NYC mogul. 'Puffy and I are not friends,' he explained to Cuomo. 'But Puffy should definitely walk free.' According to him, Diddy's not the only one who should be taking the blame for all of the alleged crimes. 'The most important thing is that it was other executives that were involved in Puffy's life. For Puffy to be the only guy that gets on the stand is a sad day for Hip-Hop,' he continued. Diddy is facing one count of racketeering conspiracy; two counts of sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion; and two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution. He was arrested in NYC on Sept. 16, 2024, and held at MDC Brooklyn without bail. His trial is expected to last all of June and into July. Prince's Security Allegedly 'Intervened' In Diddy Attack Against Cassie

A former assistant of Sean 'Diddy' Combs testified that Prince's security team allegedly stepped in and stopped a violent attack against Casandra Fine. The woman shared her story under the condition of anonymity and took the stand under the name Mia and was identified as Victim-4. According to PEOPLE Magazine, Mia worked for Combs from 2009 to 2017. During her employment, she was allegedly overworked and sexually assaulted multiple times by the Harlem native. While under oath, Mia detailed that she and Fine, who was then recognized by her stage name Cassie, became like sisters. Her account described that when the two women did something without the approval of Combs, there were 'unpredictable and terrifying' consequences. Mia testified that the night Prince's staff intervened, she was commanded to stay with the 'Official Girl' singer while Combs visited his children. While the two women were secluded at their hotel, a friend allegedly called with an invitation to attend a party hosted by the legendary musician. 'Cass and I debated like little kids if we should sneak out of the house for probably what felt like forever,' recalled Mia. They decided to attend the affair, and once at the private event, spotted Combs before running out. According to her testimony, 'Puff caught Cass.' 'He caught up to her and had her on the ground,' Mia exclaimed. 'He started attacking her, but Prince's security swiftly intervened.' The next day, she was allegedly suspended without pay for 'being insubordinate.' In her testimony earlier this month, Fine also recalled the violent night. 'I caught a glimpse of him, left the party, and ran out as fast as I could,' the 38-year-old testified according to PEOPLE. 'I knew he was angry at me,' she shared as she continued to detail running, falling into the bushes, and eventually making it back to her hotel room before Combs burst in the door. 'We went into the bedroom and he beat me up,' she claimed. 'He threw luggage at me, calling me all kinds of names.' Combs is currently standing trial for sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to engage in prostitution. He pleaded not guilty to all charges. Andrew And Tristan Tate Face Rape, Human Trafficking Charges In The U.K.

Andrew and Tristan Tate are facing 21 total criminal charges in London including rape, assault, and human trafficking. The New York Times reported that British authorities authorized the charges against the online influencer and his brother back in January 2024, 'prompting the release of European Arrest Warrants for the Tate brothers, but they were not publicly confirmed by the service until Wednesday (May 28).' In the official statement, authorities confirmed that the Tate brothers would be extradited to the United Kingdom following the conclusion of separate criminal proceedings in Romania. They were accused of forming a criminal gang to exploit women. The Tates were arrested in Romania in December 2022 during an alleged sex trafficking operation. The men were under house arrest prior to the newer accusations of sex with a minor and trafficking underage persons. Andrew is facing 10 charges including rape, assault causing actual bodily harm — a form of assault known under British law — human trafficking and controlling prostitution for gain, stemming from accusations by three women. Meanwhile, Tristan is facing 11 charges including rape, actual bodily harm, and human trafficking, which are connected to allegations from a sole victim. Both brothers have previously denied all the accusations against them. Their attorney, Joseph McBride, said in a statement on Wednesday, 'These charges are old news. Nothing new has happened.' A European arrest warrant has already been issued and approved by the Romanian court after a travel ban on the Tate brothers was lifted recently. Andrew is also facing a separate civil suit by four British women, who accused him of rape and physical abuse and claimed police and prosecutors failed them by not pursuing criminal charges years ago. He issued a visual statement about the charges, claiming the 'UK government is trying to silence me.' Andrew described the charges and claims as a 'set-up' and 'political witch hunt.' Diddy's Former Assistant Says Cassie's Reasons For Not Leaving Involved JAY-Z

Sean 'Diddy' Combs' former assistant alleges that JAY-Z's relationship with Beyoncé influenced Cassie's decision to stay in an allegedly abusive relationship with the music mogul. During her testimony on Tuesday (May 27), Capricorn Clark, who previously worked closely with Combs, shared a revealing moment she said she had with the singer—legally known as Ventura Fine. Clark testified that she had once encouraged Ventura to leave Combs and date other men. However, she claimed Ventura confided in her by referencing JAY-Z's high-profile relationship with Beyoncé. According to Clark, Ventura said that 'JAY-Z was taken' and asked 'who would she date,' implying a scarcity of equally wealthy and influential partners outside of Combs. The timeline of when this conversation took place was not specified in court. Clark's testimony came amid Combs' ongoing federal trial, where he faces multiple serious charges, including sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to engage in prostitution. The trial has been punctuated by dramatic and emotional accounts from former employees and partners. Ventura herself took the stand weeks earlier, testifying shortly before giving birth to her third child on May 28. During cross-examination, it was revealed that Clark met with Combs and his legal team in April 2024 when she attempted to be rehired as his chief of staff. The topic of Ventura surfaced in those discussions, during which Clark disclosed her earlier comments urging Ventura to exit the relationship. Combs and Ventura ended their 11-year relationship in 2018. While Combs has pleaded not guilty and continues to deny all allegations, the courtroom proceedings have pulled back the curtain on years of behind-the-scenes dynamics between the music mogul and those within his inner circle. Donald Trump Did Not 'Free' Larry Hoover, Contrary To Popular Belief

People have asked for Chicago gang kingpin, Larry Hoover, to be freed for decades after two separate convictions ensured he would spend the rest of his life in jail. In a surprise move, Donald Trump eliminated one of them, though it doesn't mean that the 74-year-old inmate is completely off the hook. The current President Of The United States commuted Hoover's federal life sentence for operating a criminal enterprise on Wednesday (May 29). The father of three was handed that sentence, which sent him to a federal supermax facility in Colorado, while already serving 150-200 years of jail time for a murder in Chicago in 1973. While his days in Colorado are over, he will now return to Illinois to serve the remaining time on his initial murder conviction. 'After nearly 30 years in federal solitary and over 50 years behind bars, Larry Hoover has been granted executive clemency by President Trump,' his attorney Justin Moore wrote on X. 'His federal life sentence is over. Justice, mercy, and redemption prevailed. The fight continues—but today, we celebrate […] This was all faith, legal precision and relentless determination. Six life sentences. Beneath the Rocky Mountains. Gone. Just like that.' Justin Moore also revealed that Donald Trump's actions were a testament to his courage, as a previous President shied away. 'For those wondering, I had a direct, 1on1 convo with Joe Biden about commuting Larry's sentence,' he shared on X. 'He decided not to citing push back from officials in Illinois- even though it was expressed that Larry should've been released. To Trump's credit, he did what others were afraid to do.' While many people in the Hip-Hop community celebrated, few people were happier than Ye. 'WORDS CAN'T EXPRESS MY GRATITUDE FOR OUR DEVOTED ENDURING PRESIDENT DONALD TRUMP FOR FREEING LARRY HOOVER,' he wrote on X. The artist formerly known as Kanye West had been a longtime advocate for Hoover's freedom, and even reunited with Drake to host the Free Larry Hoover benefit concert in Los Angeles back in December 2021. He also took the time to thank the Toronto superstar, despite his mixed feelings toward his on-and-off enemy as of late. 'Thank you Drake for for helping to bring Larry Hoover home,' he added on X.
