Did The Summer I Turned Pretty star Gavin Casalegno cheat on Larsen Thompson before marrying Cheyanne? Fans compare him to Jeremiah
The Summer I Turned Pretty fans are giving Gavin Casalegno the side-eye, as his off-screen love life seems to mirror his on-screen persona a little too closely. Known for playing the charming but emotionally messed Jeremiah Fisher, Gavin has now found himself at the centre of real-life relationship rumours, with fans pointing out just how much his personal life is beginning to resemble the drama unfolding in The Summer I Turned Pretty Season 3. Gavin Casalegno and Larsen Thompson's relationship Gavin Casalegno and Larsen Thompson were that low-maintenance, soft-launch couple everyone quietly rooted for. They started dating in early 2017—Gavin was still in his pre-TSITP era and Larsen already a runway regular with her signature red hair and killer dance videos. Their relationship had all the markers of a long-haul romance: sweet Valentine's posts, prom pics in 2019, anniversary tributes, and even a surprise Universal Studios birthday visit where Gavin jokingly 'proposed' with a Hershey's Kiss. For six years, they served quiet stability, showing up for each other on carpets and in cozy social media slideshows. Then 2022 happened. There was no official breakup statement, but the signs were all there—deleted posts, unfollows, and a noticeable absence from each other's feeds. Their last known public appearance was at New York Fashion Week in February 2022, and by August, it was clear something had shifted. Fans were stunned. After six years of being each other's constants, the silence felt louder than any messy breakup ever could. Cheyanne King and Gavin's marriage shocked fans Just months after the split with Larsen Thompson, Gavin Casalegno surfaced on Cheyanne King's social media, even before fans knew they were dating. Then in November 2024, came the surprise: an Instagram wedding dump announcing they'd tied the knot. The speed shocked fans. Some Reddit users pointed to on-set behaviour during The Summer I Turned Pretty production, as rumours of Gavin flirting with extras and potentially forming romantic connections before the marriage stirred debate. While none of these claims were confirmed, the overlap in timelines—the relationship ended, rumours emerged, then a new private union—made social media quick to call it shady. Fans now see Gavin as a mirror of his on-screen persona Jeremiah The drama got juicier when The Summer I Turned Pretty Season 3 revealed Jeremiah cheating on Belly. Fans couldn't help but draw parallels: onscreen Jeremiah breaks trust; real-life Gavin allegedly had overlapping ties while still 'publicly' single. Recently, a video highlighting Gavin and Cheyyane's twisted relationship timeline made its way online, and fans couldn't help but point out how their quick marriage reminded them of Jeremiah. One user wrote, "Damn, he gets more and more like Jeremiah every day." Another user shared an interesting observation, writing, "He played a younger version of Damon in TVD. Both Ian and Gavin are problematic when it comes to relationships, apparently. Ian was obsessive about marriage as well. Apparently, Gavin is following in his footsteps. Both Damons are trouble." "He sucks in the show and in real life? WOw," one shared. While these speculations have been circulating online, there's no confirmation to back them up. As of now, Gavin and Cheyenne appear to be going strong in their marriage. The couple recently bought their first home together, a milestone Cheyenne proudly shared on her social media, and they continue to look happy and settled in this new chapter of their lives.

Lacey Chabert and Andrew Walker teaming up on Hallmark Christmas movie
Lacey Chabert and Andrew Walker are reuniting for a new Christmas movie. The 42-year-old actress previously shared the screen with the 46-year-old star in 2018's My Secret Valentine and the Hallmark Channel have announced the pair will appear together in their upcoming holiday movie She's Making a List. Hallmark broke the news with a teaser video, in which Lacey said: "It's my job to decide who's been naughty." Andrew then added: "Or nice. Like me. ... I'm basically a very tall nine year old." Lacey admitted it is "such a joy" to be working with Andrew again. She said in a statement: 'Reuniting with Andrew after all these years to do our first Christmas movie together is such a joy. "Andrew brings so much heart, humour, and warmth to every role, and working with him again felt like coming home. I am thrilled to do this one together... finally.' Andrew is equally thrilled to be reteaming with the "Queen of Christmas", whose role in She's Making a List marks her 16th festive movie to debut during Hallmark's Countdown to Christmas. He said: "What a gift it is to reunite with Lacey seven years after our Valentine's movie. 'She truly is the Queen of Christmas, not just for the heart she brings to every role, but for her incredible talent. She brings warmth, heart, and comedy with such ease, and she adapts to every role with a grace and talent that makes everyone around her better.' An official synopsis for the movie revealed She's Making a List follows Naughty or Nice inspector Isabel Haynes. It continues: "When she is assigned to evaluate mischievous 11-year-old Charlie Duncan, she expects a routine case. But things get complicated when Isabel unexpectedly falls for Charlie's widowed father, Jason Duncan (Walker), and begins to question the rigid rules of her job. "As Christmas approaches, Isabel must choose between following the holiday algorithm or following her heart." Jennifer Kramer, vice president of programming at Hallmark Media, said in a statement: "Bringing Lacey Chabert and Andrew Walker together for their first-ever Hallmark Christmas movie is a dream come true for our fans. 'She's Making a List captures the heart, humor, and holiday magic our viewers love, and we can't wait to share this unforgettable story with them this season." As well as She's Making a List, Andrew will also star with Tyler Hynes and Paul Campbell in a third Three Wise Men movie on the channel. She's Making a List is Lacey's 43rd Hallmark movie and she previously admitted she never expected to make so many. She told People magazine: "I never would've known when I did the first one that would turn into what it has, and I'm just so proud of it and the journey and the excitement of all that filming these movies has brought to my life. "It's just been a beautiful experience. ... Everyone knows I love Christmas and I love, love, love making these Christmas movies."

TASTE TEST: Prestatyn's hidden gem Tudor House
I had several places in mind, Prestatyn really has an excellent array of eateries, from fine dining at Dishes to one of the best Asian restaurants in North Wales, Chynna Garden. But amid the multi-coloured Pride flags, my attention was drawn to two bird cages. Bird outside Tudor House (Image: Matt Warner) What kind of café has exotic birds at the door? Birdcage at Tudor House (Image: Matt Warner)Tudor House does, and there is so much more eccentricity within. So, thanks to those two colourful birds, the decision was made. The place was decked out in rainbows to celebrate Prestatyn's first Pride, as were the majority of the High Street's businesses that day. Tudor House like many businesses in town was decorated for Prestatyn Pride (Image: Matt Warner)It's great to see a local business that is at the heart of the community, and a quick look on the Tudor's social media suggest that's exactly where it is. Quizzes and other events on special days like D-Day, Valentine's, and Christmas, raising money for local charities like Help Hedgehogs Prestatyn, seem to be a regular part of the Tudor's social calendar. The Tudor's website tells me it is run by Paul and Ivor, who say: "We can't wait to welcome you, so join us at the top of the High Street as soon as you can, once you've been once, you'll be looking forward to your next visit. See you soon!" Words like "unique" and terms like "hidden gem" are overused in reviews like these. ROOM FOR MORE? But when applied to Tudor House they perfectly describe the venue. The decor is as eclectic as any I've seen, as if several personalities are fighting to put their stamp on the space. The fish tank at Tudor House (Image: Matt Warner) There is a giant fish tank that wouldn't look out of place in an aquarium, a baby grand white piano on a raised stage, the aforementioned exotic birds on the door, and a mini-library. Fancy a read? (Image: Matt Warner)I can say with confidence that there is no place quite like it. The baby grand at Tudor House (Image: Matt Warner)I ordered the sausage and mash. Bangers and mash at Tudor House (Image: Matt Warner)While the dish wasn't as flamboyant as the surroundings by any meal, it was a hearty plate of food, the type of comforting grub my nan would make. And that is high praise indeed as some of my most fondly remembered meals were eaten from my lap while watching Blockbusters. The sausages were girthy and well-cooked, the mash buttery, and there was plenty of both. Could it have had more gravy? For me, always, but the mash was smooth enough that it didn't need additional lubrication. I didn't go for dessert, but could see a range of ice creams and homemade desserts were no offer that I will be sure to sample next time I visit. Tudor House has a Tripadvisor rating of 4 based on 168 reviews. "Lovely place brilliant food excellent value. Can't fault it friendly staff good service. Well worth a visit any time of day breakfast or lunch. Afternoon teas good too." "Fabulous place, good food, very friendly staff, great coffee. For a 'drop in coffee' or planned meal, it's great. Never had a bad experience at the Tudor Well done." "We have visited the Tudor House multiple times, and it never disappoints! There is a wide selection of foods and beverages with consistant excellent quality."

Winnie Harlow 'isn't in a rush to get married'
Winnie Harlow won't "rush" her wedding plans. The 30-year-old model announced her engagement to basketball star Kyle Kuzma in February, after nearly five years of dating - but Winnie insists that the loved-up couple are in no rush to get married. She told Us Weekly: "So many people ask me about the engagement and when the wedding is and you know what? I don't want to rush anything. "I want to do everything perfect and the way I want to do it. So whatever time that takes, whatever things that take, I just want to relish in this moment." Winnie has enjoyed huge success in her career, and the model credits her grandmother for inspiring her can-do attitude. She shared: "My grandmother is such a fiery Jamaican Leo, just like me, and she has always been confident. "From watching her paint her red nail polish, to doing her makeup, to choosing her hair looks, the adventurous takes she takes on fashion, whether it's leopard print pants or a fuzzy top. I've always been able to see that confidence." Winnie and Kyle announced their engagement via a joint post on Instagram in February. The celebrity duo shared a series of photos of them hugging and kissing onboard a plane, while Winnie has also shared images of her dazzling engagement ring. Kyle, 29, actually proposed to Winnie during a vacation in Turks and Caicos. But Winnie never saw the proposal coming, even after Kyle filled their cabin with roses, balloons, chocolate, and Champagne ahead of the Valentine's weekend. The model told Vogue magazine: "I still had no idea what this was. I was just like, 'This is so cute for Valentine's Day, oh my gosh!'" Winnie admitted that the thought of getting engaged briefly crossed her mind - but she quickly dismisses the idea. She shared: "For a split second in my head I thought, 'This would be so cute if this was an engagement.' But I'm also not the type of person who wants to guess or wants to spoil a surprise. So it just was a fleeting thought in my head." Kyle read a poem to Winnie and the last line read, "Will you be my wife?" The sports star then presented her with an 8.5-carat, oval-cut engagement ring.
