Rajesh Power Services jumps on securing Rs 220-cr order from MGVCL
Rajesh Power Services rose 3.70% to Rs 1,400 after the company announced that it has secured an order worth Rs 220.18 crore from Madhya Gujarat Vij Company (MGVCL), Vadodara, Gujarat. The order is for a turnkey project involving the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of 11 kV Medium Voltage Covered Conductor (MVCC) under two key state schemesKisan Suryoday Yojana (KSY) and Vanbandhu Kalyan Yojana (VKY-2). The project is scheduled to be completed within 9 months. Rajesh Power Services (RPSL) provides consultancy to state transmission and distribution companies, private utilities, and industries. On a full-year basis, the companys net profit surged 285.5% to Rs 26.02 crore on a 37.5% jump in net sales to Rs 284.97 crore in FY25 over FY24.

Rajesh Power rises 6% after bagging ₹220-crore order from Madhya Gujarat
Rajesh Power shares gained 6.2 per cent in trade on Tuesday, logging an intraday high at ₹1,434 per share. At 11:40 AM, Rajesh Power shares were trading 4.58 per cent higher at ₹1,412 per share on the BSE. In comparison, the BSE Sensex was up 0.01 per cent at 83,451.14. The company's market capitalisation stood at ₹ 2,542.64 crore. Its 52-week high was at ₹1,572.95 per share and the 52-week low was at ₹636.5 per share. Why were Rajesh Power shares in demand? The buying interest on the counter came after the company bagged multiple orders from Madhya Gujarat Vij Company Limited (MGVCL), Vadodara, Gujarat. Under the contract, Rajesh Power will supply, install, test, and commission 11KV medium voltage covered conductor (MVCC) at various locations under the Kisan Suryoday Yojana (KSY) Scheme and Vanbandhu Kalyan Yojana (VKY -2) Scheme. "We are pleased to inform you that the Company has received orders from M/s Madhya Gujarat Vij Company Limited (MGVCL), Vadodara, Gujarat for turnkey Contract for supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 11KV Medium Voltage Covered Conductor (MVCC) at various locations under Kisan Suryoday Yojana (KSY) Scheme and Vanbandhu Kalyan Yojana (VKY -2) scheme," the filing read. The order is worth ₹220.18 crore and has to be completed within 9 months. Prior to this, the company secured ₹59.79 crore order from Gift Power Company for distribution and backup power systems in the SEZ Area and DTA Area of GIFT City. The order was to be completed within 18 months. As per the agreement, Part A involves setting up grid power supply infrastructure across both SEZ and DTA areas. Part B focuses on establishing backup power arrangements exclusively for the SEZ area, while Part C pertains to the expansion of substation feeders in the DTA zone. The project is aimed at enhancing the power reliability and operational readiness of GIFT City's growing infrastructure. Advait Energy Transitions rises on securing Rs 50-cr order from DGVCL
Advait Energy Transitions gained 3.48% to Rs 1,642.32 after the company announced that it has received a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) worth Rs 49.99 crore from Dakshin Gujarat Vij Company (DGVCL). As per the exchange filing, the turnkey contract involves the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of 11 KV 55mm AAAC Medium Voltage Covered Conductor (MVCC) along with its accessories. Notably, poles and associated fabrications required for the project will be provided by DGVCL. The project, awarded under the Vanbandhu Kalyan Yojana (VKY-2) Scheme, is to be executed within a period of 15 months. Advait Infratech is engaged in the business of providing products and solutions for power transmission, power substation, and telecommunication infrastructure fields. Also, it operates with various verticals such as turnkey telecommunication projects and installation of power transmission, substations, and telecom products. The companys consolidated net profit surged 78.14% to Rs 12.88 crore in Q4 FY25 as against Rs 7.23 crore posted in Q4 FY24. Revenue from operations zoomed 255.91% year on year to Rs 194.67 crore in the quarter ended 31 March 2025.

CM dedicates projects worth Rs 645 crore in Panchmahal
Gandhinagar: Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel marked the state-level celebration of Gujarat Gaurav Divas in Panchmahal by launching and dedicating development projects worthRs 644.72 crore. Speaking at the event in Godhra, he emphasised the significant transformation Gujarat has witnessed since 2001, crediting the progress to the visionary leadership of then Chief Minister Narendra Modi. Patel virtually inaugurated and laid foundation stones for 85 projects, covering sectors such as infrastructure, healthcare, road connectivity, and rural development. He also inaugurated the new office building of the Inspector General of Police in Godhra, constructed at a cost of over Rs 5.05 crore, and visited the Gujarat Police Expo 2025's Arms Exhibition. Patel noted that the volume of projects launched in a single day is equivalent to an entire year's development budget of a district in earlier times. Highlighting the state's commitment to inclusive growth, he referred to the Vanbandhu Kalyan Yojana, which has improved medical access across the tribal belt from Ambaji to Umargam.
