APSLSA opens legal aid services centre for soldiers, ex-service personnel
The Andhra Pradesh State Legal Services Authority (APSLSA) has opened a Legal Aid Services Centre under the aegis of 'NALSA Veer Seva Sahayata Yojana – 2025', here on Saturday (July 26).
ACB Special Court judge P. Bhaskar Rao, who is also the Mandal Legal Services Committee in-charge Chairman, inaugurated the new centre at State Sainik Board.
APSLSA member-secretary B.S.V. Himabindu, deputy secretary H. Amararangeswara Rao and other officers participated.
Free legal aid will be given to soldiers, ex-service personnel and their family members at the Legal Aid Services Centre, said Ms. Himabindu, adding that steps are being taken to open more such centres across the State.
