Jean Paul Gaultier x Crocs is happening
Yes, you read that correctly. Following in the footsteps of Simone Rocha and Balenciaga, today Crocs announced it would be teaming up with legendary French fashion label Jean Paul Gaultier.
The collection will take inspiration from the house's most recognisable designs, such as the iconic corset and cone bra made famous by Madonna and Gaultier's signature safety pin motif. We've got no further details at this stage, but the collection will be available to shop in August, so there's not too long to wait. Stay tuned...
Flip-flops top the Q2 Lyst Index
It feels like we've been saying it for months, but shopping platform Lyst's quarterly report (released today) has confirmed that flip-flops are indeed summer's biggest must-have item. The Row's £670 Dune pair, which have been sported by everyone from Jonathan Bailey to Lori Harvey, came in at the number one slot to be crowned the quarter's "hottest product".
To compile the results, Lyst analyses the online shopping behaviour of more than 160 million shoppers — and the appetite for toe-baring shoes doesn't stop there. 6 of this quarter's 10 hottest products are footwear, including Ancient Greek Sandals Iro jelly shoes and the Vibram FiveFinger V-Soul. Who would have thought feet would become so fashionable?
Other top ranking products include Adidas' three-stripe sport shorts, Miu Miu's boat shoes and Isabel Marant's wedge trainers. See the full list of top brands and products here.
Topshop's big comeback
It seems the Topshop renaissance is almost upon us. Last week, the brand announced it would be making its return to the runway after almost a decade — but not as a part of London Fashion Week, as it once was. Both Topshop and Topman will present a 'See Now, Buy Now' show in August, which will be open to the public at a 'landmark London location'. Final details are to come, but in an even more nostalgic move, the brand are running an open casting call in collaboration with Wilhelmina Models — meaning you can apply to walk in the show. Britain's Next Top Model, anyone?
As if we weren't already on the edge of our seats, today the former high-street favourite has teased an upcoming partnership with Cara Delevigne, naming her as the 'face of its bold new era'. A curated 30-piece edit will be available exclusively on from 16 August, and will feature sharp tailoring and statement outerwear, alongside reviving Millennial staples such as the Joni and Jamie jeans (IYKYK).
Cara Delevingne said: "As a London girl, Topshop was the place where fashion felt fun, fearless, and full of possibilities. Coming back to Topshop now is more than a return – it's about starting something new. This collection is about owning your style, your story, and feeling empowered to express that every day."
Cara has a long history with Topshop — she first made an appearance in a film for Kate Moss's 2010 collection, and later became the global face of the brand herself in 2014. She was a runway regular for Topshop Unique, opening and closing the London Fashion Week show in 2014 to coincide with her campaign (which also featured an appearance from Hailey Bieber, then Baldwin).
In this full circle moment, the pair have big plans for the future. Another larger capsule collection is reportedly already in development for the 2026/27 season, and will be built around a shared vision of a sustainable, inclusive, and forward-thinking approach to fashion, with a focus on quality materials and design (which old Topshop was renowned for).
'Cara is the perfect embodiment of the Topshop spirit—bold, creative, and unapologetically herself,' said Michelle Wilson, Topshop Managing Director. 'This partnership is more than a campaign; it's a statement of intent as we reintroduce Topshop to the world. We're bringing together cultural relevance, design credibility, and a new energy that speaks to how people want to dress today.'
