S inger and musician Vijay Prakash , who is currently touring in the United States celebrated ' Vijay Prakash Day ' on May 12 with his fans. In 2019, May 12 was designated as 'Vijay Prakash Day' in the state of North Carolina, USA. This honour was bestowed upon the Indian playback singer by Mayor William C Dusch of Charlotte after his concert in Charlotte during his tour of the United Kingdom and the United States. CISF takes over security at Lengpui airport in Mizoram
The Central Industrial Security Force ( CISF ) has taken over the security of Lengpui Airport, Mizoram 's lone domestic airport, on Thursday. Director General of Mizoram Police Anil Shukla officially inducted the CISF, handing over the CISF Flag to the Chief Airport Security Officer (CASO), Lengpui Airport.
