Kane Vincent-Young signs new contract with Colchester United
KANE Vincent-Young has signed a new one-year contract at Colchester United.
The 29-year-old, who returned to the U's for a second spell in the second half of last season, has penned a deal with the North Essex club until the summer of 2026.
Vincent-Young told 'I'm really excited to be here and to continue for another year.

'I've been here from day one of pre-season, which is always a positive.
'The fact that we've managed to keep most of the boys together is really good for continuity, and it's a really good group.
'We all know each other well and we go into the season with a group of boys that are in really good spirits.'

Vincent-Young made ten appearances for Colchester in the second half of last season, all as a substitute, after returning to the club.
Earlier in his career, he spent four years at the U's, making more than 125 appearances before leaving to join neighbours Ipswich Town, in 2019.
Vincent-Young is set to go straight into the Colchester squad for their home clash with Tranmere Rovers tomorrow, on the first day of the new League Two season.
